Na\u00a0druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b skon\u010dily Karlovy Vary, na t\u0159et\u00edm potom Liberec. Z 206 obc\u00ed s roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou p\u016fsobnost\u00ed se\u00a0na\u00a0komunikac\u00edch 84 z nich staly dopravn\u00ed nehody se smrteln\u00fdmi nebo t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdmi zran\u011bn\u00edmi. Tyto a dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed G\u010cP INDEX za prvn\u00ed pololet\u00ed 2023.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>G\u010cP INDEX VE ZKRATCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u010cP INDEX vyjad\u0159uje relativn\u00ed m\u00edru z\u00e1va\u017enosti dopravn\u00edch nehod na \u00fazem\u00ed (v\u202fintravil\u00e1nu) krajsk\u00fdch m\u011bst a obc\u00ed s\u202froz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou p\u016fsobnost\u00ed. Do m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed je zahrnuto v\u0161ech 13 krajsk\u00fdch m\u011bst a 206 obc\u00ed s roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou p\u016fsobnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Hodnota indexu ud\u00e1v\u00e1 pom\u011br v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch a smrteln\u00fdch nehod (tj. nehod, p\u0159i kter\u00fdch do\u0161lo t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9mu zran\u011bn\u00ed nebo usmrcen\u00ed) k celkov\u00e9mu po\u010dtu nehod evidovan\u00fdch na \u00fazem\u00ed uveden\u00fdch m\u011bst za ur\u010dit\u00e9 obdob\u00ed. \u010c\u00edm je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnota indexu, t\u00edm je dopravn\u011b bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed situace v konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm m\u011bst\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Praha &#8211; G\u010cP INDEX vyjad\u0159uje \u00farove\u0148 nehodovosti na z\u00e1klad\u011b pom\u011bru v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch a smrteln\u00fdch nehod k\u00a0celkov\u00e9mu po\u010dtu nehod v\u00a0zastav\u011bn\u00e9 oblasti krajsk\u00fdch m\u011bst a tak\u00e9 v\u0161ech 206 obc\u00ed s\u00a0roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou p\u016fsobnost\u00ed. Ty se pak vztahuj\u00ed k\u00a0celkov\u00e9mu po\u010dtu evidovan\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch nehod. Jedn\u00e1 se o tzv. z\u00e1va\u017enost dopravn\u00edch nehod &#8211; \u010d\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je hodnota G\u010cP INDEXu, t\u00edm je dopravn\u011b bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed situace hor\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NEJBEZPE\u010cN\u011aJ\u0160\u00cd HRADEC KR\u00c1LOV\u00c9, NA CHVOSTU BRNO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Podle v\u00fdsledk\u016f G\u010cP INDEXu za 1. pol. roku 2023 se nejbezpe\u010dn\u011bji jezdilo v\u00a0Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9, kde p\u0159i 380 dopravn\u00edch nehod\u00e1ch byla t\u011b\u017ece zran\u011bna \u201epouze\u201c jedna osoba. Hradec se tak um\u00edstil na nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dce v bezpe\u010dnosti silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu mezi krajsk\u00fdmi m\u011bsty a obh\u00e1jil t\u00edm prvenstv\u00ed z\u00a0lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku.<\/p>\n<p>Na druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b skon\u010dily Karlovy Vary, na t\u0159et\u00edm Liberec.<\/p>\n<p>Na opa\u010dn\u00e9m konci se na 11. m\u00edst\u011b objevila Plze\u0148, na 12. pozici \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice a nejhor\u0161\u00ed, 13. m\u00edsto, obsadilo Brno. Zde bylo p\u0159i 887 dopravn\u00edch nehod\u00e1ch 33 osob t\u011b\u017ece zran\u011bno. Tato trojice m\u011bst tak z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 na chvostu G\u010cP INDEXu, kde v\u00a0m\u00edrn\u011b pozm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9m po\u0159ad\u00ed figurovala i v\u00a0roce 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>USMRCEN\u00ddCH M\u00c9N\u011a T\u00c9M\u011a\u0158 O POLOVINU, T\u011a\u017dCE ZRAN\u011aN\u00ddCH O P\u011aTINU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pozitivn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vou je, \u017ee v\u00a0intravil\u00e1nech deseti krajsk\u00fdch m\u011bst se dopravn\u00ed nehody b\u011bhem prvn\u00edho pololet\u00ed obe\u0161ly bez smrteln\u00fdch n\u00e1sledk\u016f. Naopak v\u00a0Praze bylo usmrceno 8 osob, v Ostrav\u011b 4 lid\u00e9 a v\u00a0Liberci 1 \u010dlov\u011bk.<\/p>\n<p>Dobr\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy pak pokra\u010duj\u00ed, proto\u017ee celkov\u011b na silnic\u00edch krajsk\u00fdch m\u011bst v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu prvn\u00edho pololet\u00ed 2023 bylo evidov\u00e1no 13\u00a0241 dopravn\u00edch nehod (meziro\u010dn\u011b o 1\u00a0060 m\u00e9n\u011b, tj. -7 %), p\u0159i nich\u017e p\u0159i\u0161lo o\u00a0\u017eivot 13\u00a0osob (meziro\u010dn\u011b o 12 m\u00e9n\u011b, tj. -48 %) a\u00a0t\u011b\u017ece se zranilo 173 osob (meziro\u010dn\u011b o 44 m\u00e9n\u011b, tj. -20 %).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-107985\" src=\"http:\/\/www.automakersnews.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/statistika-dopravnich-nehod-v-krajskych-mestech-1-300x219.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"553\" height=\"404\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.automakersnews.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/statistika-dopravnich-nehod-v-krajskych-mestech-1-300x219.png 300w, https:\/\/www.automakersnews.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/statistika-dopravnich-nehod-v-krajskych-mestech-1-768x560.png 768w, https:\/\/www.automakersnews.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/statistika-dopravnich-nehod-v-krajskych-mestech-1.png 874w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 553px) 100vw, 553px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0158ES 40 PROCENT OBC\u00cd S ROZ\u0160\u00cd\u0158ENOU P\u016eSOBNOST\u00cd \u0158E\u0160ILO V\u00c1\u017dN\u00c9 NEHODY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u010cP INDEX mimo krajsk\u00e1 m\u011bsta srovn\u00e1v\u00e1 tak\u00e9 v\u0161echny obce s roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou p\u016fsobnost\u00ed. V intravil\u00e1nech sledovan\u00fdch 206 m\u011bst bylo evidov\u00e1no 22 740 dopravn\u00edch nehod, p\u0159i nich\u017e bylo usmrceno 32 a t\u011b\u017ece zran\u011bno 287 osob. V 84 m\u011bstech do\u0161lo k\u00a0v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm nehod\u00e1m, v 21 z nich se smrteln\u00fdmi n\u00e1sledky, v 76 pak s\u00a0t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdmi zran\u011bn\u00edmi. Celkem\u00a0122 sledovan\u00fdm m\u011bst\u016fm se \u00famrt\u00ed a t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 zran\u011bn\u00ed v 1. pol. roku 2023 vyhnula.<\/p>\n<p>Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnota indexu \u2013 a tedy nejhor\u0161\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost na tam\u011bj\u0161\u00edch silnic\u00edch \u2013 byla zaznamen\u00e1na ve Vimperku (10.53), Nov\u00e9m M\u011bst\u011b na Morav\u011b (10.00) a\u00a0Varnsdorfu (8.33).<\/p>\n<p>Je podstatn\u00e9 zm\u00ednit, \u017ee G\u010cP INDEX bilancuje data 1. pol. roku 2023, a tak ve m\u011bstech s\u00a0n\u00edzk\u00fdm po\u010dtem nehod m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovlivnit hodnotu indexu i jedna v\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 nehoda. Jde tak o sledov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b t\u011bch nehod, p\u0159i nich\u017e byly usmrceny \u010di t\u011b\u017ece zran\u011bny vyjmenovan\u00e9 kategorie \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu. Hodnota indexu zraniteln\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f ud\u00e1v\u00e1 pom\u011br t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch a smrteln\u00fdch nehod zraniteln\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f k po\u010dtu nehod s\u00a0jejich \u00fa\u010dast\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V intravil\u00e1nech sledovan\u00fdch 206 m\u011bst bylo evidov\u00e1no 2 603 dopravn\u00edch nehod, p\u0159i nich\u017e bylo usmrceno 23 a t\u011b\u017ece zran\u011bno 220 zraniteln\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu. Zat\u00edmco pod\u00edl zraniteln\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f na nehod\u00e1ch \u010dinil \u201ejen\u201c 11,4 %, na usmrcen\u00fdch 71,9 % a na t\u011b\u017ece zran\u011bn\u00fdch dokonce 76,7 %. Je tedy z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee jsou to pr\u00e1v\u011b chodci, cyklist\u00e9 a motork\u00e1\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou p\u0159i dopravn\u00edch nehod\u00e1ch ve m\u011bstech z\u00e1sadn\u011b ohro\u017eeni.<\/p>\n<p>V celkem 133 sledovan\u00fdch m\u011bstech nedo\u0161lo v\u00a01. pol. roku 2023 ke smrteln\u00fdm a t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm nehod\u00e1m zraniteln\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu.<\/p>\n<p>Situace v\u00a0krajsk\u00fdch m\u011bstech je pak z\u0159ejm\u00e1 z\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed tabulky. V intravil\u00e1nech krajsk\u00fdch m\u011bst bylo evidov\u00e1no 1 359 dopravn\u00edch nehod, p\u0159i nich\u017e bylo usmrceno 11 a t\u011b\u017ece zran\u011bno 129 zraniteln\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu, pod\u00edl zraniteln\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f na nehod\u00e1ch: 10,3 %, na usmrcen\u00fdch: 84,6\u00a0% a na t\u011b\u017ece zran\u011bn\u00fdch osob\u00e1ch: 74,6 %. Tato data jasn\u011b dokl\u00e1daj\u00ed, pro\u010d je pot\u0159eba na \u00fazem\u00ed m\u011bst v\u011bnovat zv\u00fd\u0161enou pozornost pr\u00e1v\u011b chodc\u016fm, cyklist\u016fm a motocyklist\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Nejbezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm krajsk\u00fdm m\u011bstem v oblasti zraniteln\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f se v prvn\u00edm pololet\u00ed leto\u0161n\u00edho roku staly Pardubice, na\u00a0druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b skon\u010dil Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9, na t\u0159et\u00edm pak \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem. Na opa\u010dn\u00e9m konci se na 11. m\u00edst\u011b objevily \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice, na 12. pozici Plze\u0148 a nejhor\u0161\u00ed, 13. m\u00edsto, obsadilo Brno, ve kter\u00e9m p\u0159i 140 nehod\u00e1ch bylo 25 osob t\u011b\u017ece zran\u011bno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WEBOV\u00c1 APLIKACE S AKTUALIZOVAN\u00ddMI DATY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed G\u010cP INDEXu je interaktivn\u00ed webov\u00e1 aplikace <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gcpindex.cz\/\"><strong>www.gcpindex.cz<\/strong><\/a>, ve kter\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00e9 u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho m\u011bsta zobrazit \u010dasovou osu s v\u00fdvojem celkov\u00e9ho G\u010cP INDEXu i indexu d\u016frazem na zraniteln\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu (chodci, cyklist\u00e9 a motocyklist\u00e9).
