Z\u00e1jem o\u00a0projekt m\u00e1 podle ministra pr\u016fmyslu a\u00a0obchodu Jozefa S\u00edkely (STAN) hned p\u011bt dal\u0161\u00edch firem. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_bo speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bo\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Rozhovory s\u00a0nimi prob\u00edhaly paraleln\u011b s\u00a0Volkswagenem, jak potvrdil SZ Byznys Jakub Kajzler, \u0161\u00e9fporadce premi\u00e9ra Petra Fialy (ODS). \u201eJe tady je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkolik dal\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1jemc\u016f o\u00a0gigafactory, by\u0165 ne tak velk\u00e9ho rozsahu, ale podobn\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch. Ve\u0159ejn\u011b o\u00a0tom necht\u011bj\u00ed zat\u00edm mluvit, dokud to nebude dojedn\u00e1no.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_bo speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bo\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">I na druh\u00fd pokus o\u00a0projekt gigafactory v\u00a0\u010cesku Fialova vl\u00e1da podle Kajzlera s\u00e1z\u00ed na prov\u00e1zanost investora s\u00a0\u010desk\u00fdm pr\u016fmyslem: \u201eN\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1jemci nab\u00edz\u00ed p\u0159esah do v\u011bdy a\u00a0v\u00fdzkumu, na univerzity, na subdodavatele z\u00a0\u010ceska, co\u017e jsou podm\u00ednky, kter\u00e9 vl\u00e1da m\u00e1. P\u0159\u00edpravu jednoho z\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch brownfield\u016f v\u00a0\u010cesku pro mo\u017enou investici potvrdil pro SZ Byznys Jan Krko\u0161ka, hejtman Moravskoslezsk\u00e9ho kraje (ANO).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_bo speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bo\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">\u201ePracuje se na pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 z\u00f3n\u011b o\u00a0v\u00edce jak sto hektarech, kter\u00e1 je ryze soukrom\u00e9ho charakteru. Jsme v\u00a0kontaktu se spole\u010dnostmi Asental a\u00a0Panattoni, kter\u00e9 lokalitu p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed. Lokalita by p\u0159ed v\u00fdstavbou ale je\u0161t\u011b vy\u017eadovala v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00fapravy ter\u00e9nu,\u201c uvedl Krko\u0161ka.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_bo speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bo\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">\u017de se jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o\u00a0vyu\u017eit\u00ed are\u00e1lu rozb\u00edhaj\u00ed, potvrzuje i\u00a0z\u00e1stupce Panattoni. \u201eRozloha, strategick\u00e1 poloha a\u00a0dopravn\u00ed dostupnost \u00fazem\u00ed pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 z\u00f3ny u\u00a0b\u00fdval\u00e9ho dolu Barbora maj\u00ed potenci\u00e1l p\u0159iv\u00e9st na Karvinsko \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd modern\u00ed pr\u016fmysl. Pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b jsme v\u00a0kontaktu s\u00a0investory i\u00a0p\u0159edn\u00edmi sv\u011btov\u00fdmi firmami. Po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se s\u00a0vyu\u017eit\u00edm st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed vle\u010dky a\u00a0napojen\u00edm na evropskou \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165. \u017delezni\u010dn\u00ed koridor je toti\u017e vzd\u00e1len jen \u010dty\u0159i kilometry. V\u00fdhodou je i\u00a0bl\u00edzkost ostravsk\u00e9ho leti\u0161t\u011b nebo d\u00e1lnice D1.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_bo speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bo\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">V\u00fdstavba nov\u00e9 bateriov\u00e9 tov\u00e1rny by podle hejtmanov\u00fdch slov do kraje p\u0159ivedla nov\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta. \u201eJsme v\u00a0hornick\u00e9 krajin\u011b, kter\u00e1 je po \u00fatlumu t\u011b\u017eby. M\u011bli bychom sem p\u0159iv\u00e9st dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj a\u00a0budu r\u00e1d za investice, kterou budou vytv\u00e1\u0159et pracovn\u00ed pozice pro m\u00edstn\u00ed obyvatele,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"e_h e_r g_h speakable\">V\u00fdroba bateri\u00ed na m\u00edst\u011b b\u00fdval\u00e9 uheln\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny<\/h2>\n<div class=\"g_bo speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bo\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Dal\u0161\u00ed ze zva\u017eovan\u00fdch lokalit pro v\u00fdstavbu gigafactory je pozemek b\u00fdval\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny v\u00a0Prun\u00e9\u0159ov\u011b, kter\u00fd aktu\u00e1ln\u011b vlastn\u00ed spole\u010dnost \u010cEZ. \u201e\u010cEZ nad\u00e1le p\u0159ipravuje projekt v\u00fdstavby sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed bateriov\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce v\u00a0m\u00edst\u011b b\u00fdval\u00e9 uheln\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny v\u00a0Prun\u00e9\u0159ov\u011b. Gigafactories m\u016f\u017ee v\u00a0\u010cesku vzniknout vzhledem k\u00a0d\u016fle\u017eitosti zdej\u0161\u00edho automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu v\u00edce. S\u00a0investory jedn\u00e1me,\u201c uvedl pro SZ Byznys tiskov\u00fd mluv\u010d\u00ed \u010cEZ Roman Gazd\u00edk.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_bo speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bo\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Pozemek je podle jeho slov aktu\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ipraven k\u00a0v\u00fdstavb\u011b, v\u010detn\u011b nap\u0159\u00edklad zas\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Podle Jana Schillera, hejtmana \u00dasteck\u00e9ho kraje (ANO), o\u00a0p\u0159em\u011bn\u011b \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cEZ usiluje u\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobu. \u201eVloni jej skupina p\u0159ihl\u00e1sila jako strategick\u00fd projekt do Fondu spravedliv\u00e9 transformace, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 kraji pomoci k\u00a0p\u0159echodu od t\u011b\u017eby a\u00a0t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu k\u00a0modern\u011bj\u0161\u00edm mo\u017enostem,\u201c uvedl Schiller.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_e8\" data-dot=\"mol-document-links\">\n<div class=\"d_n\">\n<div class=\"g_fa\" data-dot=\"mol-document-link\">\n<div class=\"g_jn\" data-dot=\"mol-article-card\" data-e2e=\"mol-article-card\">\n<div class=\"d_d g_d\">\n<div class=\"d_e g_e\" data-dot=\"mol-article-card-media\">\n<div class=\"e_bi\">\n<div class=\"e_cL\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_bo speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bo\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">V d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1vrhu \u010cEZ uv\u00e1d\u011bl, \u017ee gigafactory by v\u00a0Prun\u00e9\u0159ov\u011b p\u0159inesla v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159i tis\u00edce pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst a\u00a0celkov\u00e1 kapacita tov\u00e1rny, zhruba 40GWh, by sta\u010dila na v\u00fdrobu bateriov\u00fdch svazk\u016f pro p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b p\u016fl milionu elektromobil\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_bo speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bo\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">\u201eMo\u017enou v\u00fdstavbu gigafactory vn\u00edm\u00e1m jako obrovskou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost pro transformaci na\u0161eho \u00fazem\u00ed. V\u00a0kraji sice chceme pr\u016fmysl zachovat, ale chceme, aby byl v\u00edce zelen\u00fd, a\u00a0takov\u00fd projekt by n\u00e1m rozhodn\u011b pomohl,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 pro SZ Byznys hejtman Jan Schiller.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_bo speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bo\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Velk\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos tohoto projektu vn\u00edm\u00e1 ale tak\u00e9 z\u00a0pohledu zam\u011bstnanosti. \u201eM\u011bli bychom lidem co nab\u00eddnout. Velmi \u010dasto n\u00e1m absolventi odch\u00e1zej\u00ed z\u00a0kraje, proto\u017ee tady nevid\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dnou budoucnost. Pokud bychom jim nab\u00eddli gigafactory, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e by na ni bylo nav\u00e1z\u00e1no mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch dodavatel\u016f a\u00a0podnik\u016f, mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee by kraj stoupl na atraktivit\u011b,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"e_h e_r g_h speakable\">Vl\u00e1da ud\u011blala v\u0161e, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 poradce<\/h2>\n<div class=\"g_bo speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bo\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Are\u00e1l leti\u0161t\u011b v\u00a0L\u00edn\u00edch u\u00a0Plzn\u011b se po krachu projektu uvoln\u00ed zp\u011bt pro arm\u00e1du. \u201eVl\u00e1da se rozhodla ne\u010dekat dal\u0161\u00ed dva roky a\u00a0uvolnit tu lokalitu zp\u00e1tky pro arm\u00e1du, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ijde s\u00a0koncepc\u00ed, jak ji vyu\u017e\u00edvat. Rozhodn\u011b ale ne na st\u00edha\u010dky F-35,\u201c up\u0159esnil Kajzler.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_bo speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bo\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Na p\u0159\u00edpravu are\u00e1lu pro n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho investora p\u0159itom kabinet v\u011bnoval zna\u010dnou energii. \u201eJedn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0Volkswagenem se rozjela docela intenzivn\u011bji zhruba p\u0159ed rokem. Za ten rok se poda\u0159ilo vy\u0159e\u0161it spoustu v\u011bc\u00ed. Vyjednat s\u00a0obcemi zm\u011bny \u00fazemn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f, vy\u0159e\u0161it dopravn\u00ed spojen\u00ed, aby obce nebyly v\u00fdrazn\u011b zat\u00ed\u017eeny, vy\u0159e\u0161it elekt\u0159inu, vodu atd. P\u0159i\u0161el prosinec, vl\u00e1da si \u201aod\u0161krtla\u2018 v\u0161echny po\u017eadavky investora, aby se mohl rozhodnout. T\u0159i chystan\u00e9 tov\u00e1rny na baterie, pro kter\u00e9 se VW rozhodl ned\u00e1vno, popt\u00e1vku s\u00a0p\u0159ehledem pokryj\u00ed. Jedna bude v\u00a0N\u011bmecku, druh\u00e1 ve \u0160pan\u011blsku a\u00a0t\u0159et\u00ed v\u00a0Kanad\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_bo speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bo\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Vl\u00e1da investorovi z\u00a0N\u011bmecka nab\u00edzela vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed ter\u00e9nu are\u00e1lu, p\u0159\u00edpravu s\u00edt\u00ed dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury: \u201eU\u017e tohle bylo za dost pen\u011bz. A\u00a0potom je\u0161t\u011b standardn\u00ed pob\u00eddky, p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 dotace na v\u00fdstavbu, n\u011bjak\u00e9 slevy na dani, jako te\u010f dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00a0jin\u00fdch zem\u00edch.
