St\u00e1ty EU dohodly s Evropsk\u00fdm parlamentem podrobnosti pravidel, kter\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u011b prodra\u017e\u00ed emise z nov\u00fdch voz\u016f. Do roku 2030 se maj\u00ed omezit o 55 procent proti lo\u0148sku. Ojetin vyroben\u00fdch p\u0159ed rokem 2035 se po\u017eadavky t\u00fdkat nebudou. Dohodu je\u0161t\u011b mus\u00ed schv\u00e1lit europarlament i Rada EU, uvedla \u010cT 24.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/header>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"article-content\">\n<div class=\"grid view-fixed text-content\">\n<div class=\"grid-row\">\n<div class=\"grid-col grid-md-7 grid-lg-8\">\n<div class=\"textcontent\">Evropsk\u00fd blok se v sou\u010dasnosti sna\u017e\u00ed dohodnout podobu bezprecedentn\u00edho klimatick\u00e9ho bal\u00ed\u010dku zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho jako FitFor 55, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 zajistit zp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bn\u00ed emisn\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f unie k roku 2030. Mezi v\u00edce ne\u017e des\u00edtkou norem je i z\u00e1sadn\u00ed omezen\u00ed emis\u00ed z automobilov\u00e9 dopravy, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm desetilet\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt daleko v\u00fdrazn\u011bji k pohonu vyu\u017e\u00edvat elekt\u0159inu, vod\u00edk \u010di jin\u00e9 bezemisn\u00ed prost\u0159edky.<\/div>\n<div class=\"textcontent\">\n<p>\u010ctvrte\u010dn\u00ed dohoda z\u00e1sadn\u011b prodra\u017e\u00ed jak\u00e9koli mno\u017estv\u00ed oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho, kter\u00e9 budou nov\u00e9 vozy vypou\u0161t\u011bt do ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. C\u00edlem normy, kv\u016fli kter\u00e9 ji\u017e p\u0159izp\u016fsobila sv\u00e9 budouc\u00ed pl\u00e1ny v\u011bt\u0161ina automobilek, je zv\u00fdhodnit po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed aut poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch ekologick\u00fdmi palivy.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 st\u00e1ty p\u016fvodn\u011b usilovaly o odklad zpoplatn\u011bn\u00ed emis\u00ed, nebo\u0165 se ob\u00e1valy hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch dopad\u016f tohoto kroku. Unijn\u00ed instituce se shodly na tom, \u017ee Evropsk\u00e1 komise v roce 2026 zhodnot\u00ed, zda je v sil\u00e1ch EU tohoto c\u00edle opravdu dos\u00e1hnout \u010di zda jej nap\u0159\u00edklad odlo\u017eit. &#8222;Mo\u017enost\u00ed bude tak\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvat ve spalovac\u00edch motorech syntetick\u00e1 paliva nebo vod\u00edk,&#8220; upozornil v p\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed \u010cT \u0161\u00e9fredaktor Automakers Erich Handl.<\/p>\n<h2>U dopravy do\u0161lo k n\u00e1r\u016fstu emis\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Doprav\u011b se na emisn\u00edm poli zat\u00edm neda\u0159\u00ed. \u201eZ hlediska celkov\u00fdch evropsk\u00fdch emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f je trend pom\u011brn\u011b dobr\u00fd, je tam sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed o dvaat\u0159icet procent, ale kdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me specificky na emise z dopravy, tak tam naopak do\u0161lo k n\u00e1r\u016fstu o sedm procent,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 n\u00e1m\u011bstek ministra \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed Jan Dus\u00edk.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017e v \u010dervnu se minist\u0159i shodli, \u017ee zm\u011bna bude technologicky neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed.\u00a0Auta budou sm\u011bt jezdit na elekt\u0159inu, vod\u00edk nebo n\u00edzkoemisn\u00ed syntetick\u00e1 paliva. Tak se tedy logicky pt\u00e1m, kdo je schopen toto v\u0161echno zaplatit,\u201c t\u00e1zal se p\u0159ed zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00edm dohody m\u00edstop\u0159edseda Poslaneck\u00e9 sn\u011bmovny Karel Havl\u00ed\u010dek (ANO).<\/p>\n<p>\u201eEvropsk\u00e1 komise by m\u011bla p\u0159ij\u00edt s vyhodnocen\u00edm, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem se da\u0159\u00ed sm\u011b\u0159ovat k t\u011bm c\u00edl\u016fm, a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b ty c\u00edle revidovat, pokud bychom vid\u011bli, \u017ee to nejde spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm sm\u011brem,\u201c mysl\u00ed si Dus\u00edk.<\/p>\n<p>Elektrick\u00fd, hybridn\u00ed nebo jin\u00fd alternativn\u00ed pohon m\u00e1 v \u010cesku dvaadvacet procent v tomto roce nov\u011b registrovan\u00fdch osobn\u00edch aut.
