N\u00e1\u0161 t\u00fdm tak d\u00e1le prokazuje sv\u00e9 inova\u010dn\u00ed schopnosti a odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed pracovat na lep\u0161\u00ed budoucnosti.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159edv\u00e1d\u011bc\u00ed pneumatiky z 90 % udr\u017eiteln\u00fdch surovin &#8211; 17 r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00fdchoz\u00edch surovin ve 12 komponentech pneumatik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edv\u00e1d\u011bc\u00ed pneumatiky vyroben\u00e9 z 90 % z trvale udr\u017eiteln\u00fdch surovin obsahuj\u00ed ve sv\u00fdch dvan\u00e1cti sou\u010d\u00e1stech celkem 17 r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00fdchoz\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b t\u011bchto:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Saze v pneumatik\u00e1ch slou\u017e\u00ed ke zpevn\u011bn\u00ed sm\u011bsi a k prodlou\u017een\u00ed jejich \u017eivotnosti. Tradi\u010dn\u011b se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed spalov\u00e1n\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f ropn\u00fdch produkt\u016f. P\u0159edv\u00e1d\u011bc\u00ed pneumatiky vyroben\u00e9 z 90 % z trvale udr\u017eiteln\u00fdch surovin obsahuj\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy saz\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed z metanu, oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho, rostlinn\u00e9ho oleje a suroviny vznikl\u00e9 pyrol\u00fdzou pneumatik ur\u010den\u00fdch na likvidaci. V\u0161echny tyto technologie slou\u017e\u00ed ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed objemu uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch emis\u00ed, cirkul\u00e1rn\u00edmu hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed uhl\u00edku z \u017eiv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrody p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch u\u017eitn\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Vyu\u017eit\u00ed s\u00f3jov\u00e9ho oleje napom\u00e1h\u00e1 zachov\u00e1vat poddajnost pry\u017eov\u00e9 sm\u011bsi pneumatik p\u0159i r\u016fzn\u00fdch zm\u011bn\u00e1ch teploty. S\u00f3jov\u00fd olej je p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed zdroj, kter\u00fd omezuje nutnost vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ropn\u00fdch produkt\u016f. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 100 % b\u00edlkovin ze s\u00f3ji se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v potravin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b krmiv, ale olej, kter\u00fd vznik\u00e1 p\u0159i jej\u00edm zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti nevyu\u017eit a m\u016f\u017ee tak slou\u017eit pro technick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Silika (oxid k\u0159emi\u010dit\u00fd) se v pneumatik\u00e1ch b\u011b\u017en\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, proto\u017ee pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zlep\u0161it jejich p\u0159ilnavost a sni\u017eovat spot\u0159ebu paliva. P\u0159edv\u00e1d\u011bc\u00ed pneumatiky vysoce kvalitn\u00ed oxid k\u0159emi\u010dit\u00fd vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fd z popela z r\u00fd\u017eov\u00fdch slupek (RHA silika). Popel vznik\u00e1 spalov\u00e1n\u00edm odpadu p\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed r\u00fd\u017ee a v\u011bt\u0161inou se jen ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 na skl\u00e1dky.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Polyester se z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 recyklac\u00ed plastov\u00fdch lahv\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edho plastov\u00e9ho odpadu. Z\u00edskan\u00fd materi\u00e1l slou\u017e\u00ed jako jedna z v\u00fdchoz\u00edch surovin pro v\u00fdrobu technick\u00e9ho polyesteru, kter\u00fd je jednou ze slo\u017eek kordov\u00e9 vrstvy kostry pneumatik.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Prysky\u0159ice se vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed trak\u010dn\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed pneumatik. V p\u0159edv\u00e1d\u011bc\u00edch pneumatik\u00e1ch byly tradi\u010dn\u00ed prysky\u0159ice vyroben\u00e9 z ropy nahrazeny biologicky obnoviteln\u00fdmi borovicov\u00fdmi prysky\u0159icemi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Dr\u00e1ty patky a ocelov\u00fd kord zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed vyztu\u017een\u00ed konstrukce radi\u00e1ln\u00edch pneumatik. V p\u0159edv\u00e1d\u011bc\u00edch pneumatik\u00e1ch je pou\u017eit patkov\u00fd dr\u00e1t a ocelov\u00fd kord z oceli s vysok\u00fdm obsahem recyklovan\u00e9ho kovu, kter\u00e1 se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed v elektrick\u00e9 obloukov\u00e9 peci (EAF). Tento v\u00fdrobn\u00ed proces umo\u017e\u0148uje sn\u00ed\u017eit spot\u0159ebu energie a zv\u00fd\u0161it obsah recyklovan\u00e9ho kovu v oceli. Vyzna\u010duje se tak\u00e9 ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm objemem emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f ne\u017e standardn\u00ed v\u00fdroba ocel\u00ed ve vysok\u00e9 peci.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Pneumatiky obsahuj\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e polymery certifikovan\u00e9 v syst\u00e9mu ISCC se sledovan\u00fdm pod\u00edlem biologick\u00fdch a biologicky obnoviteln\u00fdch surovin.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159echod k trvale udr\u017eiteln\u00fdm materi\u00e1l\u016fm je patrn\u00fd ji\u017e i u n\u011bkter\u00fdch nab\u00edzen\u00fdch produktov\u00fdch \u0159ad spole\u010dnosti Goodyear. Osm produktov\u00fdch \u0159ad a n\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00e1vodn\u00ed pneumatiky ji\u017e obsahuj\u00ed s\u00f3jov\u00fd olej. A od roku 2018 Goodyear ve sv\u00fdch produktov\u00fdch \u0159ad\u00e1ch v\u00edce ne\u017e zdvojn\u00e1sobil uplatn\u011bn\u00ed RHA siliky.
