Ne\u0161lo p\u0159itom o rozd\u00edly mezi kraji \u010di zna\u010dkami vozidel, jako tomu b\u00fdvalo d\u0159\u00edve, ale o rozd\u00edly v souvislosti s typem zak\u00e1zky. <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Zat\u00edmco v\u00fdsledky b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch servisn\u00edch zak\u00e1zek (tj. pravideln\u00e9 servisy voz\u016f) dosahovaly vysok\u00e9 kvality a \u00farove\u0148 t\u011bchto prac\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edstupu k z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm byla v autorizovan\u00fdch i neautorizovan\u00fdch servisech srovnateln\u00e1, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed opravy vozidel po pojistn\u00fdch ud\u00e1lostech vykazovaly v \u0159ad\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f velmi p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9 nedostatky.<\/p>\n<p>Nekvalitn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci odv\u00e1d\u011bly loni servisy nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d republikou v\u010detn\u011b Prahy. Mno\u017estv\u00ed pochyben\u00ed bylo zhruba stejn\u00e9 v autorizovan\u00fdch i neautorizovan\u00fdch servisech, av\u0161ak v neautorizovan\u00fdch se vyskytovaly \u010dast\u011bji z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed proh\u0159e\u0161ky, zat\u00edmco v autorizovan\u00fdch \u0161lo v\u00edce o proh\u0159e\u0161ky drobn\u00e9 a form\u00e1ln\u00ed. Vyplynulo to z ro\u010dn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed slu\u017eby AUDIT SERVIS\u016e, kterou poskytuje spole\u010dnost Cebia u\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u011bt let. Cebia p\u0159itom prov\u00e1d\u00ed kontroly v p\u011bti r\u016fzn\u00fdch variant\u00e1ch: Po oprav\u011b, P\u0159ed opravou, Po pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti, Mystery Repair a Pick-up.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eKvalita prac\u00ed se v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce v\u00fdrazn\u011b zhor\u0161ila. Pravd\u011bpodobnost \u0161patn\u011b proveden\u00e9 opravy narostla. Je ale pot\u0159eba \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina zak\u00e1zek u autorizovan\u00fdch i neautorizovan\u00fdch servis\u016f st\u00e1le vykazuje vysokou kvalitu a na kvalitn\u00ed i nekvalitn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 narazit prakticky po cel\u00e9 republice,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0zd\u016fraz\u0148uje Martin Pajer, \u0159editel spole\u010dnosti Cebia.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Nedostatky p\u0159i oprav\u00e1ch voz\u016f po pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z velice \u010dast\u00fdch, by\u0165 m\u00e9n\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch, proh\u0159e\u0161k\u016f bylo nedodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed term\u00edn\u016f oprav, kter\u00e9 do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry souviselo se \u0161patnou dostupnost\u00ed n\u00e1hradn\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f.\u00a0<strong>Finan\u010dn\u00ed d\u016fsledky pro klienty servis\u016f m\u011blo nedodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed rozsahu sjednan\u00fdch oprav a obsahu zak\u00e1zkov\u00e9ho listu, kdy v servisu ud\u011blali \u010dasto na vozidle v\u00edce prac\u00ed, ne\u017e bylo sjedn\u00e1no a bez schv\u00e1len\u00ed klienta narostla cena zak\u00e1zky. Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed ceny oproti odhadu podepsan\u00e9mu na zak\u00e1zkov\u00e9m listu bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno ve zhruba 15 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f.<\/strong>\u00a0<em>\u201eExistuje ale z\u00e1konn\u00e1 tolerance, kterou mohou servisy v od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech p\u0159ekro\u010dit a tak\u00e9 ji mnoz\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u011b zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed i ve sv\u00fdch V\u0161eobecn\u00fdch servisn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed ceny nad z\u00e1konnou toleranci se objevilo ve 4 % kontrolovan\u00fdch zak\u00e1zek,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0up\u0159es\u0148uje Martin Pajer z Cebia.<\/p>\n<p>Co se t\u00fd\u010de kvality samotn\u00fdch prac\u00ed, nej\u010dast\u011bji se vyskytovaly probl\u00e9my se \u0161patn\u00fdm spasov\u00e1n\u00edm a l\u00edcov\u00e1n\u00edm d\u00edl\u016f, rovnom\u011brnost\u00ed sp\u00e1r jednotliv\u00fdch na sebe navazuj\u00edc\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f, \u0161patnou kvalitou lakov\u00e1n\u00ed, nesjednocen\u00edm a nedodr\u017een\u00edm barevn\u00e9ho odst\u00ednu \u010di \u0161patn\u00fdm nebo chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edm tmelen\u00edm a ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00edm karos\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch spoj\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad v jednom pra\u017esk\u00e9m servisu byl u opravy \u0160kody Kodiaq zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fd rozsah lakov\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy p\u0159i drobn\u00e9m po\u0161kozen\u00ed lev\u00fdch zadn\u00edch dve\u0159\u00ed byly p\u0159elakovan\u00e9 tak\u00e9 v\u0161echny sousedn\u00ed d\u00edly. Servis v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b tak\u00e9 fakturoval rozst\u0159ik lakov\u00e1n\u00ed prahu a cel\u00e9ho dve\u0159n\u00edho r\u00e1mu, kter\u00fd ale nebyl proveden\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklad ze servisu nedaleko Prahy, kde do\u0161lo k viditeln\u00e9mu rozd\u00edlu mezi lakem na prav\u00fdch p\u0159edn\u00edch a prav\u00fdch zadn\u00edch dve\u0159\u00ed a nav\u00edc u nov\u00fdch dve\u0159\u00ed nezatmelili p\u0159ed lakov\u00e1n\u00edm jejich vnit\u0159n\u00ed hranu, co\u017e je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed ochrana p\u0159ed budouc\u00ed koroz\u00ed.<strong>\u00a0<em>\u201eJeden z \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch proh\u0159e\u0161k\u016f hrani\u010d\u00edc\u00ed s podvodem byl ten, kdy podle dolo\u017een\u00e9 kalkulace a faktury si dan\u00fd servis na\u00fa\u010dtoval ochrannou f\u00f3lii prav\u00fdch zadn\u00edch dve\u0159\u00ed, ale nevym\u011bnil ji. Ponechal na aut\u011b p\u016fvodn\u00ed f\u00f3lii, kterou zalakoval nov\u00fdm lakem, \u010d\u00edm prakticky nov\u00fd lak zni\u010dil, proto\u017ee a\u017e se za\u010dne f\u00f3lie odlupovat, tak to bude i v\u010detn\u011b nov\u00e9ho laku,\u201c<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em>sd\u011blil Martin Pajer z Cebia.<\/p>\n<p>Objevuj\u00ed se i probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 sice nejdou zcela k t\u00ed\u017ei servisu, ale nast\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159i komunikaci mezi servisem, poji\u0161\u0165ovnou a klientem.\u00a0<em>\u201eVyskytly se p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy poji\u0161\u0165ovna po pr\u00e1vu odm\u00edtla opravu zaplatit, nap\u0159\u00edklad z d\u016fvodu alkoholu v krvi \u010di se na n\u00ed nevztahovalo poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, ale v\u016fz byl v tu dobu ji\u017e opravov\u00e1n v servisu. Servis n\u00e1sledn\u011b po\u017eadoval zaplacen\u00ed opravy po klientovi, kter\u00fd s t\u00edm v\u016fbec nepo\u010d\u00edtal<\/em>,\u201c upozor\u0148uje Martin Pajer, \u0159editel spole\u010dnosti Cebia.\u00a0<strong>Tak\u00e9 p\u0159i nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00e9 ceny opravy by servis dop\u0159edu m\u011bl tuto skute\u010dnost v\u017edy sd\u011blit nejprve klientovi jako objednateli opravy, a nikoli poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b.<\/strong>\u00a0Klient mus\u00ed novou v\u00fd\u0161i opravy odsouhlasit.<\/p>\n<p>Objevily se i z\u00e1vady jako nap\u0159\u00edklad v servisu na ji\u017en\u00ed Morav\u011b, kde z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi p\u0159edlo\u017eili protokol o proveden\u00e9 geometrii vykazuj\u00edc\u00ed hodnoty mimo toleranci, av\u0161ak bez n\u00e1vrhu \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u010di doporu\u010den\u00ed opravy. Pokud by byl klient m\u00e9n\u011b znal\u00fd a tuto vadu nenechal jinde odstranit, tak by si v lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zbyte\u010dn\u011b sj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bl pneumatiky, v hor\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u00e1 tato z\u00e1vada vliv i na bezpe\u010dnost provozu vozidla.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cast\u00fdm pochyben\u00edm bylo tak\u00e9 neproveden\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed j\u00edzdy, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee i pozorn\u00fd z\u00e1kazn\u00edk odhalit jednoduchou kontrolou ukazatele najet\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Nedostatky p\u0159i pravideln\u00e9m servisu voz\u016f:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I v r\u00e1mci pravideln\u00e9ho b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho servisu vozidla doch\u00e1zelo v minul\u00e9m roce k pochyben\u00edm.\u00a0<em>\u201eNej\u010dast\u011bji se jednalo o nedodr\u017een\u00ed p\u0159edepsan\u00fdch a doporu\u010den\u00fdch interval\u016f a rozsahu pravideln\u00e9 \u00fadr\u017eby, kdy nap\u0159\u00edklad ve vozidle nebyly vym\u011bn\u011bny v\u0161echny filtry. T\u0159eba u vozidla \u0160koda Octavia nevym\u011bnil servis v Olomouck\u00e9m kraji vzduchov\u00fd filtr, kter\u00fd se m\u011bl m\u011bnit ve 180 000 km, p\u0159itom vozidlo m\u011blo v dob\u011b servisu najeto u\u017e 198 000 km,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Martin Pajer, \u0159editel spole\u010dnosti Cebia.\u00a0<strong>Krom\u011b zanedb\u00e1n\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00fdch postup\u016f ale doch\u00e1zelo tak\u00e9 k na\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edl\u016f, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly b\u00fdt, ale ve skute\u010dnosti nebyly vym\u011bn\u011bny.<\/strong>\u00a0Velice \u010dasto se jednalo pr\u00e1v\u011b o filtry.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cast\u00fdm proh\u0159e\u0161kem, kter\u00fd by si m\u011bl ka\u017ed\u00fd motorista p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm hl\u00eddat, je\u00a0<strong>nedodr\u017een\u00ed p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00fdch odhad\u016f ceny opravy. Je t\u0159eba d\u016fsledn\u011b trvat na po\u017eadavku b\u00fdt informov\u00e1n p\u0159edem o dodate\u010dn\u00fdch oprav\u00e1ch s v\u00fdhradn\u00edm pr\u00e1vem je alespo\u0148 telefonicky schv\u00e1lit. Bohu\u017eel v \u0159ad\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f o nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed ceny informovaly servisy z\u00e1kazn\u00edka a\u017e po proveden\u00ed prac\u00ed p\u0159i p\u0159evzet\u00ed vozidla a nikoli dop\u0159edu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Pr\u00e1ce a opravy v autoservisech vykazovaly v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce velk\u00e9 rozd\u00edly v kvalit\u011b.
