Ne tak \u201evalent\u00fdnsk\u00e9\u201c hlasov\u00e1n\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu, kter\u00fd schv\u00e1lil dohodu se \u010dlensk\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty o tom, \u017ee od roku 2035 bude mo\u017en\u00e9 v EU prod\u00e1vat pouze takov\u00e9 osobn\u00ed a lehk\u00e9 u\u017eitkov\u00e9 vozy, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b neuvol\u0148uj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 emise CO<\/span><sub><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">2<\/span><\/sub><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">. (Nen\u00ed to tedy \u201ez\u00e1kaz\u201c spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f. Jen zat\u00edm nikdo nep\u0159i\u0161el na to, jak ekonomicky smyslupln\u011b spalovac\u00ed motor s nulov\u00fdmi v\u00fdfukov\u00fdmi emisemi vyr\u00e1b\u011bt a provozovat.) <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Bou\u0159liv\u011b se debatuje nejen v samotn\u00e9m europarlamentu, ale tak\u00e9 v m\u00e9di\u00edch a na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch. Z obou stran p\u0159itom hojn\u011b padaj\u00ed vedle rozumn\u00fdch argument\u016f tak\u00e9 tvrzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1, kulantn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, nemaj\u00ed silnou oporu v realit\u011b. Jedni tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee na z\u00e1kazu nebude v roce 2035 u\u017e z\u00e1le\u017eet, proto\u017ee v t\u00e9 dob\u011b budeme stejn\u011b v\u0161ichni elektrick\u00fdmi auty d\u00e1vno jezdit, druz\u00ed naopak p\u0159edv\u00eddaj\u00ed situaci jako na Castrov\u011b Kub\u011b, kde motorist\u00e9 silou v\u016fle udr\u017eovali v chodu des\u00edtky let star\u00e9 vraky z lep\u0161\u00edch \u010das\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Takov\u00e1 extr\u00e9mn\u00ed a jednozna\u010dn\u00e1 stanoviska sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161 o vyhran\u011bn\u00e9m sv\u011bton\u00e1zoru mluv\u010d\u00edch ne\u017e o jejich analytick\u00fdch schopnostech, proto\u017ee predikovat dopady tak z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bny na deset let dop\u0159edu nedok\u00e1\u017ee nikdo a realita patrn\u011b nebude ani zcela utopick\u00e1, ani zcela dystopick\u00e1. Jist\u00e9 je pouze to, \u017ee transformace evropsk\u00e9ho automobilov\u00e9ho trhu je d\u00e1vno v pln\u00e9m proudu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed hlasov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ece nep\u0159i\u0161lo jako blesk z \u010dist\u00e9ho nebe, Evropsk\u00fd parlament fakticky schv\u00e1lil radik\u00e1ln\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed z osobn\u00edch aut u\u017e v roce 2018. Nyn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed hlasov\u00e1n\u00ed \u201epouze\u201c z\u00e1m\u011br definitivn\u011b stvrdilo, tak\u017ee ho u\u017e nelze zvr\u00e1tit nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u00e1rodn\u00edm vetem. V roce 2026 m\u00e1 prob\u011bhnout zrevidov\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f v reakci na dosavadn\u00ed v\u00fdvoj, obrat zp\u011bt od n\u011bj ale neo\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 nikdo ze zasv\u011bcen\u00fdch. Jakmile se u\u017e t\u011b\u017ekop\u00e1dn\u00fd parn\u00edk evropsk\u00e9 legislativy vyd\u00e1 konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm sm\u011brem, kurz m\u011bn\u00ed jen z\u0159\u00eddka a neochotn\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Automobilky se s novou realitou d\u00e1vno sm\u00ed\u0159ily a n\u011bkter\u00e9, mezi jin\u00fdmi Ford nebo Volvo, u\u017e prohl\u00e1sily, \u017ee osobn\u00ed auta se spalovac\u00edmi motory p\u0159estanou v Evrop\u011b nab\u00edzet daleko d\u0159\u00edve ne\u017e v roce 2035. Nov\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 modely se p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed jako na b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edm p\u00e1su, zat\u00edmco spalovac\u00ed motory z nab\u00eddky naopak miz\u00ed nebo alespo\u0148 kles\u00e1 jejich v\u00fdkon \u2013 nov\u00e9 BMW 740d je o 30 kW slab\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e p\u0159edchoz\u00ed model stejn\u00e9ho ozna\u010den\u00ed, Mercedes C 63 p\u0159e\u0161el z osmiv\u00e1lce na \u010dty\u0159v\u00e1lec, dostupn\u00e1 auta se p\u0159est\u00e1vaj\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u011bt, proto\u017ee se u\u017e automobilk\u00e1m nevyplat\u00ed\u2026 To v\u0161echno se u\u017e d\u011bje. Ot\u00e1zka je, zda je na tuto revoluci p\u0159ipravena evropsk\u00e1 motoristick\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost. Zat\u00edm to tak nevypad\u00e1. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Z\u00e1jem zat\u00edm vla\u017en\u00fd<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Carvago p\u016fsob\u00ed v sedmi evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00edch, ale analyzujeme i dal\u0161\u00ed trhy, abychom byli vybaveni pot\u0159ebn\u00fdmi znalostmi, a\u017e se na n\u011b rozhodneme vstoupit. Nejprod\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi ojet\u00fdmi elektroauty jsou pak Renault Zoe, BMW i3 a SmartForTwo, tedy mal\u00e1 auta vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 na kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 j\u00edzdy po m\u011bst\u011b. Na trhu nov\u00fdch voz\u016f pod\u00edl elektroaut sice roste rychleji, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee automobilky v dob\u011b nedostatku elektronick\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f up\u0159ednost\u0148uj\u00ed v\u00fdrobu elektrick\u00fdch aut p\u0159ed t\u011bmi spalovac\u00edmi. Obr\u00e1cen\u00fd postup by jim toti\u017e navy\u0161oval pokuty za nadlimitn\u00ed emise. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Na dohled p\u0159itom nen\u00ed ani z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zlep\u0161en\u00ed cenov\u00e9 dostupnosti elektromobil\u016f, v n\u011bm\u017e n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed spat\u0159uj\u00ed nad\u011bji na zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed dopad\u016f \u201ez\u00e1kazu\u201c spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f. Ceny se sice sbli\u017euj\u00ed, jen\u017ee z opa\u010dn\u00e9 strany \u2013 zdra\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm spalovac\u00edch aut. Univerz\u00e1ln\u011b pou\u017eiteln\u00fd rodinn\u00fd elektromobil za 25 tis\u00edc eur, co\u017e byla je\u0161t\u011b ned\u00e1vno b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 cena mainstreamov\u00e9ho komb\u00edku ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed st\u0159edn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy, je p\u0159edstava z \u0159\u00ed\u0161e sn\u016f \u2013 a v\u0161echny indik\u00e1tory nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee to tak i z\u016fstane.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Ve st\u0159edn\u00edm horizontu p\u0159esto prodej elektromobil\u016f a nab\u00edjec\u00edch hybrid\u016f zejm\u00e9na v bohat\u00fdch aglomerac\u00edch v\u00fdrazn\u011b poroste \u2013 vedle zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch faktor\u016f na stran\u011b nab\u00eddky tak\u00e9 v d\u016fsledku zrychlen\u00e9ho zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed n\u00edzkoemisn\u00edch a bezemisn\u00edch z\u00f3n. Do center mnoha evropsk\u00fdch m\u011bst se v dohledn\u00e9 dob\u011b bez elektrick\u00e9ho pohonu pod kapotou nepod\u00edv\u00e1te. O to v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rezistenci o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1m ve venkovsk\u00fdch oblastech, kde lid\u00e9 obecn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed auta m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasto a po\u017eaduj\u00ed po nich jinou u\u017eitnou hodnotu. Pokud pro n\u011b elektromobily budou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 drah\u00e9 nebo nepraktick\u00e9, z\u016fstanou na trhu ojetin. Tento trend je mimochodem vid\u011bt ji\u017e dnes v Nizozemsku, kde trh nov\u00fdch aut stagnuje, zat\u00edmco byznys s ojetinami ut\u011b\u0161en\u011b kvete. Jestli\u017ee ve\u0159ejnost takto reaguje v jedn\u00e9 z nejbohat\u0161\u00edch zem\u00ed sv\u011bta, um\u00edme si p\u0159edstavit, jak to bude na \u010desk\u00e9 Vyso\u010din\u011b nebo v italsk\u00e9m \u201eMezzogiornu\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">P\u0159elom m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt d\u0159\u00edve<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Kdyby zm\u011bna prob\u00edhala plynule po cel\u00fdch n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch dvan\u00e1ct let, Evropa by se s n\u00ed vyrovnala relativn\u011b snadno, o tom jsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den. \u0160ok, kter\u00fd zat\u0159ese evropsk\u00fdm autopr\u016fmyslem a mo\u017en\u00e1 i celou ekonomikou, ale m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt mnohem d\u0159\u00edve ne\u017e v roce 2035. U\u017e za dva roky m\u00e1 toti\u017e vstoupit v platnost emisn\u00ed norma Euro 7. Jej\u00ed fin\u00e1ln\u00ed verze st\u00e1le schv\u00e1lena nen\u00ed, ale navrhovan\u00e9 zn\u011bn\u00ed zav\u00e1d\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 regulaci ot\u011brov\u00fdch emis\u00ed z brzd a pneumatik nebo online sledov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch emis\u00ed na d\u00e1lku. V\u00fdrobci ji dok\u00e1\u017eou splnit jen za cenu dal\u0161\u00edho zdra\u017een\u00ed nov\u00fdch voz\u016f o vysok\u00e9 desetitis\u00edce korun. B\u011b\u017en\u00e9 modely se tak stanou prakticky neprodejn\u00fdmi. Pro Carvago je to skv\u011bl\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va, proto\u017ee by to znamenalo zakonzervov\u00e1n\u00ed vozov\u00e9ho parku a dramatick\u00fd vzestup z\u00e1jmu o kvalitn\u00ed ojetiny, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b prov\u00e1zen\u00fd r\u016fstem jejich cen.
