Po \u010dty\u0159ech letech v\u00fdvojov\u00fdch prac\u00ed vstupuje vod\u00edkov\u00e9 BMW iX5 Hydrogen a cel\u00fd v\u00fdvojov\u00fd projekt do dal\u0161\u00ed kritick\u00e9 f\u00e1ze.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Flotila necel\u00e9 stovky voz\u016f bude n\u00e1sledn\u011b v\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch zem\u00edch nasazena pro p\u0159edv\u00e1d\u011bc\u00ed a zku\u0161ebn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dely. Cel\u00fd program bude ur\u010den pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 skupiny z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed budou m\u00edt jako prvn\u00ed, krom\u011b osob zapojen\u00fdch do v\u00fdvoje, mo\u017enost z\u00edskat p\u0159\u00edmou zku\u0161enost z toho, co BMW iX5 Hydrogen nab\u00edz\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eVod\u00edk je v\u0161estrann\u00fd zdroj energie, kter\u00fd hraje kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v procesu energetick\u00e9 transformace, a tedy i v ochran\u011b klimatu. Koneckonc\u016f je to jeden z\u00a0nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch zp\u016fsob\u016f skladov\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159epravy obnoviteln\u00fdch energi\u00ed,\u201c \u0159ekl\u00a0<strong>Oliver Zipse, p\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva BMW AG<\/strong>. \u201eTento potenci\u00e1l bychom m\u011bli vyu\u017e\u00edt k urychlen\u00ed transformace cel\u00e9ho odv\u011btv\u00ed dopravy. Pokud jde o\u00a0bezemisn\u00ed mobilitu, je vod\u00edk chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edm d\u00edlem skl\u00e1da\u010dky. Jedna technologie sama o sob\u011b nebude sta\u010dit k tomu, aby p\u0159inesla celosv\u011btovou klimaticky neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed mobilitu.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>BMW iX5 Hydrogen.<\/strong><br \/>\nBMW iX5 Hydrogen vyvinut\u00e9 na z\u00e1klad\u011b sou\u010dasn\u00e9 generace BMW X5 bylo poprv\u00e9 ve form\u011b konceptu p\u0159edstaveno na autosalonu IAA v roce 2019. Prvn\u00ed prototypy pak byly p\u0159edvedeny na veletrhu IAA Mobility 2021, kde je n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci mohli za\u017e\u00edt v akci jako vozy zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed dopravu po v\u00fdstavi\u0161ti.<\/p>\n<p>Pou\u017eit\u00fd syst\u00e9m vod\u00edkov\u00fdch palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f je dal\u0161\u00ed uk\u00e1zkou \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch v\u00fdvojov\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed BMW Group v oblasti technologi\u00ed elektrick\u00e9ho pohonu. BMW Group systematicky pokra\u010duje ve v\u00fdvoji technologie vod\u00edkov\u00fdch palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f jako dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enosti pro budouc\u00ed lok\u00e1ln\u011b bezemisn\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u00ed mobilitu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technologick\u00e1 odbornost BMW.<\/strong><br \/>\nMimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f pro svoji pilotn\u00ed flotilu BMW Group vyr\u00e1b\u00ed ve sv\u00e9m vlastn\u00edm mnichovsk\u00e9m kompeten\u010dn\u00edm centru pro vod\u00edk. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tato technologie je jedn\u00edm ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f vozu BMW iX5 Hydrogen a\u00a0generuje vysok\u00fd trval\u00fd v\u00fdkon 125 kW\/170 k.<\/p>\n<p>V palivov\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku prob\u00edh\u00e1 chemick\u00e1 reakce mezi plynn\u00fdm vod\u00edkem z n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed a kysl\u00edkem ze vzduchu. Udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1l\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edsunu obou plyn\u016f do membr\u00e1ny palivov\u00e9ho \u010dl\u00e1nku m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam pro \u00fa\u010dinnost cel\u00e9ho pohonn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Krom\u011b technick\u00fdch prvk\u016f, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed tak\u00e9 ve vozech se spalovac\u00edmi motory, jako jsou chladi\u010de nas\u00e1van\u00e9ho vzduchu, vzduchov\u00e9 filtry, \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky a senzory, vyvinula spole\u010dnost BMW Group pro sv\u016fj nov\u00fd syst\u00e9m palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f tak\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed vod\u00edkov\u00e9 komponenty. Pat\u0159\u00ed mezi n\u011b nap\u0159\u00edklad vysokorychlostn\u00ed kompresor s turb\u00ednou a vysokonap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9 \u010derpadlo chladic\u00ed kapaliny.<\/p>\n<p>BMW Group odeb\u00edr\u00e1 jednotliv\u00e9 palivov\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky od spole\u010dnosti Toyota Motor Corporation. Ob\u011b spole\u010dnosti toti\u017e od roku 2013 vz\u00e1jemn\u011b spolupracuj\u00ed na syst\u00e9mech pohonu s palivov\u00fdmi \u010dl\u00e1nky.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f jsou vyr\u00e1b\u011bny ve dvou hlavn\u00edch kroc\u00edch, v\u017edy \u010dl\u00e1nek po \u010dl\u00e1nku. \u010cl\u00e1nky jsou nejprve sestaveny do sad. Dal\u0161\u00edm krokem je mont\u00e1\u017e v\u0161ech ostatn\u00edch komponent\u016f pro vytvo\u0159en\u00ed kompletn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f. Skl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f je z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti pln\u011b automatizovan\u00fd proces. Po kontrole jednotliv\u00fdch komponent\u016f, zda nejsou po\u0161kozeny, je sada strojov\u011b stla\u010dena silou p\u011bti tun a ulo\u017eena do pouzdra. Pouzdro sady se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed ve sl\u00e9v\u00e1rn\u011b lehk\u00fdch kov\u016f v tov\u00e1rn\u011b BMW Group v\u00a0Landshutu technikou odl\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed do p\u00edsku. Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem je v r\u00e1mci procesu speci\u00e1ln\u011b navr\u017een\u00e9ho pro toto malos\u00e9riov\u00e9 vozidlo roztaven\u00fd hlin\u00edk nalit do formy ze zhutn\u011bn\u00e9ho p\u00edsku sm\u00edchan\u00e9ho s prysky\u0159ic\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edtla\u010dn\u00e1 deska, kter\u00e1 p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed vod\u00edk a kysl\u00edk do sady palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f, je vyrobena z odlitk\u016f z plast\u016f a z lehk\u00fdch slitin, kter\u00e9 jsou takt\u00e9\u017e vyroben\u00e9 v\u00a0tov\u00e1rn\u011b v Landshutu. P\u0159\u00edtla\u010dn\u00e1 deska tvo\u0159\u00ed plyno- a vodot\u011bsn\u00e9 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed kolem pouzdra sady.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed kone\u010dn\u00e9 mont\u00e1\u017ee sady palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f je zkou\u0161ka nap\u011bt\u00ed spolu s\u00a0rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdm testov\u00e1n\u00edm chemick\u00e9 reakce uvnit\u0159 \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f. Nakonec jsou v\u00a0mont\u00e1\u017en\u00edm prostoru v\u0161echny jednotliv\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti spojeny do jednoho kompletn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>V t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi v\u00fdroby se montuj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1sti, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad kompresor, anoda a\u00a0katoda syst\u00e9mu palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f, vysokonap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9 \u010derpadlo chladic\u00ed kapaliny a kabelov\u00fd svazek.<\/p>\n<p>Integrovan\u00e1 pohonn\u00e1 jednotka vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed technologii BMW eDrive p\u00e1t\u00e9 generace (elektromotor, p\u0159evodovka a v\u00fdkonov\u00e1 elektronika v\u00a0jednom kompaktn\u00edm obalu) um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e1 na zadn\u00ed n\u00e1prav\u011b a lithium-iontov\u00e1 baterie vyvinut\u00e1 speci\u00e1ln\u011b pro tento v\u016fz poskytuj\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkon 295\u00a0kW\/401 k. P\u0159i ubr\u00e1n\u00ed plynu a brzd\u011bn\u00ed slou\u017e\u00ed motor jako gener\u00e1tor a dod\u00e1v\u00e1 energii zp\u011bt do baterie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00fdroba v pilotn\u00edm v\u00fdrobn\u00edm z\u00e1vod\u011b v Mnichov\u011b.<\/strong><br \/>\nBMW iX5 Hydrogen se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed v\u00a0pilotn\u00edm v\u00fdrobn\u00edm z\u00e1vod\u011b v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho a\u00a0inova\u010dn\u00edho centra (FIZ) BMW Group v\u00a0Mnichov\u011b, kter\u00fd je mezi\u010dl\u00e1nkem mezi v\u00fdvojem a s\u00e9riovou v\u00fdrobou. Pr\u00e1v\u011b na t\u00e9to flexibiln\u00ed lince se testuje v\u00fdroba ka\u017ed\u00e9ho nov\u00e9ho modelu spole\u010dnosti. V karos\u00e1rn\u011b, v odd\u011blen\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017ee, v\u00a0konstrukci model\u016f, stavb\u011b koncep\u010dn\u00edch voz\u016f a aditivn\u00ed v\u00fdrob\u011b zde pracuje p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 900 lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jejich \u00fakolem je zajistit, aby produkt i v\u00fdrobn\u00ed proces byly p\u0159ipraveny pro s\u00e9riovou v\u00fdrobu. V lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce se \u010dist\u011b elektrick\u00e9 vozy na celkov\u00e9m objemu prodej\u016f pod\u00edlely necel\u00fdmi 9 % a v roce 2023 tento pod\u00edl vzroste na 15\u00a0%. Nejpozd\u011bji do roku 2030 chce BMW Group dos\u00e1hnout stavu, kdy bude \u010dist\u011b elektrick\u00fdm voz\u016fm pat\u0159it v\u00edce ne\u017e 50% pod\u00edl na celkov\u00fdch prodej\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>BMW Group vn\u00edm\u00e1 technologii FCEV jako potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed dopln\u011bk k\u00a0\u010dist\u011b bateriov\u00e9 technologii pohonu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vod\u00edk jako sou\u010d\u00e1st glob\u00e1ln\u00edch aktivit pro mobilitu bez emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/strong><br \/>\nPodle zpr\u00e1vy Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed energetick\u00e9 agentury (IEA) m\u00e1 vod\u00edk jako zdroj energie v\u00a0glob\u00e1ln\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku v oblasti energetick\u00e9 transformace zna\u010dn\u00fd potenci\u00e1l. V odv\u011btv\u00ed dopravy se vedle \u010dist\u011b bateriov\u00e9ho pohonu m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t pr\u00e1v\u011b vod\u00edk dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed pro utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 individu\u00e1ln\u00ed mobility.<\/p>\n<p>To v\u0161ak bude z\u00e1viset na konkurenceschopn\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed vod\u00edku p\u0159i vyu\u017eit\u00ed zelen\u00e9 energie a na roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed infrastruktury plnic\u00edch stanic.
