Ob\u00e1v\u00e1 se toho n\u011bmeck\u00fd autoklub ADAC, podle kter\u00e9ho by norma men\u0161\u00ed auta ne\u00fam\u011brn\u011b prodra\u017eila.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"e_dj\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"c_dj\"><span class=\"c_dB\">V\u00fdhrady maj\u00ed i\u00a0z\u00e1stupci automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 v\u00a0N\u011bmecku tradi\u010dn\u011b silnou pozici. Ministryn\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed Steffi Lemkeov\u00e1 se za toto odv\u011btv\u00ed postavila a\u00a0v rozhovoru s\u00a0den\u00edkem Stuttgarter Zeitung \u0159ekla, \u017ee spolkov\u00e1 vl\u00e1da nahl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed kriticky mimo jin\u00e9 i\u00a0na extr\u00e9mn\u011b kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 zav\u00e1d\u011bc\u00ed lh\u016fty sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu normy.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_dj\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"c_dj\"><span class=\"c_dB\">\u201eRegulace mus\u00ed mobilitu podpo\u0159it, ne j\u00ed zabr\u00e1nit,\u201c uvedl v\u00a0rozhovoru s\u00a0agenturou DPA spolkov\u00fd ministr dopravy Volker Wissing. St\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed podoba n\u00e1vrhu podle n\u011bj povede k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee prodra\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdroby aut u\u010din\u00ed z\u00a0osobn\u00ed automobilov\u00e9 dopravy luxus, co\u017e bude m\u00edt dopady i\u00a0na klimatickou transformaci automobilov\u00e9ho sektoru.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_dV\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"e_dj\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"c_dj\"><span class=\"c_dB\">P\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu hovo\u0159\u00ed o\u00a0tom, \u017ee n\u00e1vrh normy m\u00e1 podobu zadn\u00edch vr\u00e1tek pro z\u00e1kaz spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f a\u00a0\u017ee n\u00e1vrh Euro 7\u00a0ohroz\u00ed pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta. Evropsk\u00e9 sdru\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdrobc\u016f automobil\u016f (ACEA) varovalo, \u017ee v\u00a0s\u00e1zce m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u00a0evropsk\u00e9m automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu na 300\u00a0tis\u00edc pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst. Podle tohoto sdru\u017een\u00ed by norma mohla zdra\u017eit auta v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru o\u00a02000\u00a0eur (47\u00a0tis\u00edc korun) a\u00a0podkopat popt\u00e1vku.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_eL js-ad e_aY\">Zpravodajsk\u00e1 relace Tagesschau uvedla, \u017ee n\u011bmeck\u00e9 ministerstvo dopravy odhaduje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f na auta st\u0159edn\u00ed a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy a\u017e o 400 eur (9500 korun). V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dieselov\u00fdch motor\u016f lehk\u00fdch u\u017eitkov\u00fdch voz\u016f by zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u010dinilo a\u017e 900 eur (21 tis\u00edc korun), u t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edch u\u017eitkov\u00fdch aut by pak bylo nutn\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edtat se zdra\u017een\u00edm o 2500 a\u017e 4000 eur za v\u016fz (a\u017e 95 tis\u00edc korun).<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_dj\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"c_dj\"><span class=\"c_dB\">N\u011bmeck\u00e9 sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu (VDA) se ob\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee nov\u00e1 podoba normy by zp\u016fsobila v\u00fdpadky ve v\u00fdrob\u011b a\u00a0z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u00a0tak kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b by toti\u017e podle VDA nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vyvinout a\u00a0schv\u00e1lit dostate\u010dn\u00fd po\u010det vozidel, kter\u00e1 by spl\u0148ovala po\u017eadavky normy.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_dV\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"e_dj\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"c_dj\"><span class=\"c_dB\">Zna\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdhrady m\u00e1 podle mnichovsk\u00e9ho den\u00edku Merkur tak\u00e9 n\u011bmeck\u00fd automobilov\u00fd koncern Volkswagen, podle kter\u00e9ho by norma v\u00a0nyn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podob\u011b m\u011bla negativn\u00ed dopad na zam\u011bstnanost v\u00a0evropsk\u00e9m automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu. Volkswagen se rovn\u011b\u017e pozastavuje nad specifick\u00fdmi krit\u00e9rii emisn\u00edch test\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_dj\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"c_dj\"><span class=\"c_dB\">\u201eKvalit\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed nijak nepom\u016f\u017ee, kdy\u017e jako m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko v\u0161eho vezmeme emise nov\u00e9ho spalovac\u00edho motoru p\u0159i pln\u00e9m plynu, s\u00a0p\u0159ipojen\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edv\u011bsem pro transport kon\u00ed a\u00a0se za\u0159azenou jedni\u010dkou v\u00a0horsk\u00e9m pr\u016fsmyku v\u00a0Alp\u00e1ch,\u201c citoval Merkur postoj Volkswagenu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Normu kritizuje i Bavorsko a dal\u0161\u00ed zem\u011b<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_dj\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"c_dj\"><span class=\"c_dB\">Kritick\u00e9 jsou tak\u00e9 n\u011bmeck\u00e9 regiony Bavorsko, B\u00e1densko-W\u00fcrttembersko a\u00a0Doln\u00ed Sasko, kter\u00e9 jsou d\u00edky siln\u00e9mu automobilov\u00e9mu pr\u016fmyslu ozna\u010dov\u00e1ny jako autozem\u011b. Premi\u00e9\u0159i t\u011bchto spolkov\u00fdch zem\u00ed vyzvali n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho kancl\u00e9\u0159e Olafa Scholze, aby spolkov\u00e1 vl\u00e1da na sou\u010dasn\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny Euro 7\u00a0nep\u0159istoupila. Podle trojice premi\u00e9r\u016f mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nov\u00e1 norma provediteln\u00e1 technicky i\u00a0ekonomicky a\u00a0rovn\u011b\u017e mus\u00ed br\u00e1t v\u00a0\u00favahu v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 cykly v\u00fdrobc\u016f aut.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_dV\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"e_dj\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"c_dj\"><span class=\"c_dB\">Pokud pravidla schv\u00e1l\u00ed \u010dlensk\u00e9 zem\u011b Evropsk\u00e9 unie a\u00a0Evropsk\u00fd parlament, m\u011bla by norma pro nov\u00e1 osobn\u00ed auta platit od poloviny roku 2025, pro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed o\u00a0dva roky pozd\u011bji. C\u00edlem normy je tak\u00e9 sladit limity pro benzinov\u00e1 a\u00a0naftov\u00e1 auta. Vozidla j\u00ed budou muset vyhovovat dvakr\u00e1t d\u00e9le ne\u017e dosavadn\u00edm standard\u016fm a\u00a0vedle v\u00fdfuk\u016f se bude vztahovat i\u00a0na brzdy a\u00a0pneumatiky.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_dj\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"c_dj\"><span class=\"c_dB\">Vozidla maj\u00ed m\u00edt nav\u00edc \u010didla, kter\u00e1 emise umo\u017en\u00ed kdykoliv zkontrolovat. Nov\u011b se tak\u00e9 stanov\u00ed emisn\u00ed limity pro d\u0159\u00edve neregulovan\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky, jako jsou emise oxidu dusn\u00e9ho z\u00a0t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel. Norma m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 regulovat \u017eivotnost bateri\u00ed s\u00a0c\u00edlem zv\u00fd\u0161it d\u016fv\u011bru spot\u0159ebitel\u016f v\u00a0elektromobily.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_dj\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"c_dj\"><span class=\"c_dB\">V\u00fdhrady proti n\u00e1vrhu emisn\u00ed normy Euro 7\u00a0m\u00e1 i\u00a0\u010desk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da a\u00a0Sen\u00e1t.
