Ty nach\u00e1z\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed v \u0161irok\u00e9 palet\u011b model\u016f zna\u010dek \u0160koda, Volkswagen, SEAT, Audi a CUPRA.<\/p>\n<p>Doposud m\u011bla \u010desk\u00e1 automobilka na starost v\u00fdvoj v\u0161ech agreg\u00e1t\u016f EA 211 MPI. Nyn\u00ed se jej\u00ed pole p\u016fsobnosti roz\u0161i\u0159uje i na v\u00fdvoj v\u0161ech motor\u016f EA 211 TSI v\u010detn\u011b jejich hybridn\u00edch verz\u00ed. V postupn\u00fdch kroc\u00edch se tak stane do roku 2027. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je t\u00edm podtr\u017een i v\u00fdznam zna\u010dky \u0160koda v r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9ho koncernu Volkswagen, nebo\u0165 motory t\u00e9to \u0159ady nach\u00e1zej\u00ed uplatn\u011bn\u00ed ve 48 modelov\u00fdch \u0159ad\u00e1ch p\u011bti koncernov\u00fdch zna\u010dek.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u0160koda Auto byla do leto\u0161n\u00edho roku v r\u00e1mci koncernu Volkswagen zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za v\u00fdvoj atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch z\u00e1\u017eehov\u00fdch motor\u016f EA 211 MPI. Nyn\u00ed se aktivity automobilky v oblasti v\u00fdvoje koncernov\u00fdch motor\u016f v\u00fdrazn\u011b roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00ed i o v\u0161echny p\u0159epl\u0148ovan\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eehov\u00e9 motory EA 211 TSI v\u010detn\u011b hybridn\u00edch verz\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160koda Auto tak postupn\u011b do roku 2027 z\u00edsk\u00e1 zodpov\u011bdnost za v\u00fdvoj cel\u00e9 t\u00e9to motorov\u00e9 \u0159ady, kter\u00e1 je aktu\u00e1ln\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na ve 48 modelech p\u011bti koncernov\u00fdch zna\u010dek \u2013 \u0160koda, Volkswagen, SEAT, Audi a Cupra. Pro \u010deskou automobilku jde o dal\u0161\u00ed miln\u00edk spolupr\u00e1ce v r\u00e1mci koncernu Volkswagen. V Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi od roku 2012 prob\u00edh\u00e1 i v\u00fdroba n\u011bkter\u00fdch motor\u016f EA 211 a doposud zde byly vyrobeny v\u00edce ne\u017e 4 miliony kus\u016f. Samotn\u00e9 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed zodpov\u011bdnosti za v\u00fdvoj motor\u016f nebude bezprost\u0159edn\u011b znamenat roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edch kapacit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159evzet\u00ed kompletn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti za technick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj obn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed pro automobilku \u0160koda Auto\u00a0 nejen samotn\u00fd technick\u00fd n\u00e1vrh koncept\u016f motor\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 vyhotoven\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 dokumentace a s\u00e9riovou realizaci v\u010detn\u011b emisn\u00edch, funk\u010dn\u00edch a dlouhodob\u00fdch zkou\u0161ek, kter\u00e9\u00a0 prob\u00edhaj\u00ed jak ve vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u011b Motorov\u00e9ho centra, tak v emisn\u00ed laborato\u0159i \u0160koda Auto.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdvojov\u00e9ho procesu je rovn\u011b\u017e projektov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zahrnuje v\u00fdvoj motor\u016f nejen v r\u00e1mci EU, ale tak\u00e9 v \u010c\u00edn\u011b, Indii, Ji\u017en\u00ed a St\u0159edn\u00ed Americe a Ji\u017en\u00ed Africe. Vozy poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 motory EA 211 se toti\u017e prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed na v\u0161ech obydlen\u00fdch kontinentech, a tak mus\u00ed v\u00fdvoj zohled\u0148ovat tak\u00e9 lok\u00e1ln\u00ed, specifick\u00e9 po\u017eadavky t\u011bchto trh\u016f.<br \/>\nMotory EA 211 \u0158ada motor\u016f EA 211 byla koncernem Volkswagen p\u0159edstavena v roce 2011, kdy\u017e ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm programu nahradila p\u0159edchoz\u00ed \u0159adu EA 111. Jedn\u00e1 se o modul\u00e1rn\u00ed \u0159adu z\u00e1\u017eehov\u00fdch\u00a0 motor\u016f, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed ventilov\u00fd rozvod DOHC se \u010dty\u0159ventilovou technikou. Za jednu z hlavn\u00edch\u00a0 v\u00fdhod rodiny motor\u016f EA 211 lze pova\u017eovat jej\u00ed vysokou m\u00edru variability.<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b toti\u017e mohou m\u00edt motory bu\u010f t\u0159i, nebo \u010dty\u0159i v\u00e1lce, zdvihov\u00fd objem od 1,0 do 1,6 litru, pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed<br \/>\nv\u00fdkonov\u00e9 spektrum od 48 kW do 115 kW a jejich to\u010div\u00fd moment je v rozmez\u00ed hodnot 93 Nm a\u017e 250 Nm. Motory \u0159ady EA 211 mohou podle proveden\u00ed spalovat benzin, CNG \u010di etanol a existuj\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e ve verz\u00edch vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch mild-hybridn\u00ed a plug-in hybridn\u00ed techniku. Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b nach\u00e1zej\u00ed motory \u0159ady EA 211 uplatn\u011bn\u00ed nejen v sedmi modelov\u00fdch \u0159ad\u00e1ch zna\u010dky \u0160koda, ale tak\u00e9 v dal\u0161\u00edch devaten\u00e1cti modelov\u00fdch \u0159ad\u00e1ch zna\u010dek Volkswagen, SEAT, Audi a CUPRA.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160koda Auto m\u00e1 pro v\u00fdvoj motor\u016f k dispozici nejen vlastn\u00ed modern\u00ed motorovou zku\u0161ebnu otev\u0159enou v roce 2014, ale i \u0161pi\u010dkov\u011b vybavenou emisn\u00ed laborato\u0159 s nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed analytickou technikou spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed normu ISO 17025. Na motorov\u00fdch brzd\u00e1ch prov\u00e1d\u00ed na 130 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f testov\u00e1n\u00ed 350 zku\u0161ebn\u00edch motor\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b. V emisn\u00ed laborato\u0159i, jej\u00ed\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jsou i 4 klimatick\u00e9 komory, prob\u011bhne za rok a\u017e 8 000 laboratorn\u00edch test\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se motory t\u00e9to \u0159ady vyr\u00e1b\u00ed v generaci EA 211 evo a ned\u00e1vno byla zah\u00e1jena i v\u00fdroba generace evo2. Rodina EA 211 se \u010dlen\u00ed na dv\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00ed motorov\u00e9 verze. U proveden\u00ed EA 211 MPI se jedn\u00e1 o motory s v\u00edcebodov\u00fdm nep\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm sekven\u010dn\u00edm vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00edm a atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdm pln\u011bn\u00edm. Ve v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtu v\u0161ak z v\u00fdrobn\u00edch linek sj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed motory EA 211 TSI p\u0159epl\u0148ovan\u00e9 v\u00fdfukov\u00fdm turbodmychadlem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Martin Hrdli\u010dka, vedouc\u00ed v\u00fdvoje podvozku a agreg\u00e1tu \u0160koda Auto, dod\u00e1v\u00e1: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eSpalovac\u00ed motory \u0159ady EA 211 charakterizuje vysok\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost, p\u0159\u00edkladn\u00e1 kultivovanost a n\u00edzk\u00e1 spot\u0159eba paliva. Na t\u011bchto vlastnostech budeme d\u00e1le stav\u011bt p\u0159i v\u00fdvoji atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch i p\u0159epl\u0148ovan\u00fdch verz\u00ed, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed p\u0159ed sebou zaj\u00edmavou budoucnost na \u0159ad\u011b sv\u011btov\u00fdch trh\u016f.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Historie v\u00fdvoje a v\u00fdroby motor\u016f v Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi sah\u00e1 a\u017e do roku 1899, kdy V\u00e1clav Laurin s V\u00e1clavem Klementem sestrojili sv\u016fj prvn\u00ed bicykl s pomocn\u00fdm motorem. U\u017e v roce 1905\u00a0 firma Laurin &amp; Klement p\u0159edstavila sv\u016fj prvn\u00ed automobil \u2013 model Voiturette A, poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fd kapalinou chlazen\u00fdm motorem o objemu 1 100 cm3<br \/>\ns v\u00fdkonem 7 kon\u00ed. Agreg\u00e1ty pro vybran\u00e9 modely ostatn\u00edch zna\u010dek koncernu Volkswagen se v Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi produkuj\u00ed ji\u017e od roku 1997, kdy se zde za\u010dal vyr\u00e1b\u011bt motor 1,0 MPI.<\/p>\n<p>V roce 2002 byl zah\u00e1jen prodej t\u0159\u00edv\u00e1lcov\u00e9ho motoru 1,2 HTP \u0159ady EA 111, kter\u00fd mladoboleslavsk\u00e1 automobilka nejen vyr\u00e1b\u011bla, ale rovn\u011b\u017e vyvinula. Za t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 15 let v\u00fdroby si z\u00edskal oblibu u v\u00edce ne\u017e 3,5 milion\u016f z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f v mal\u00fdch vozech v\u0161ech koncernov\u00fdch objemov\u00fdch zna\u010dek. V\u00fdroba motor\u016f \u0159ady EA 211 byla v Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi zah\u00e1jena v roce 2012 typem 1,0 MPI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00fdvojov\u00e9 zodpov\u011bdnosti v r\u00e1mci koncernu Volkswagen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Od roku 2021 m\u00e1 \u0160koda Auto v r\u00e1mci koncernu Volkswagen na starosti rovn\u011b\u017e v\u00fdvoj nov\u00e9 glob\u00e1ln\u00ed platformy MQB A0 Global, v\u010detn\u011b komplexn\u00edho podvozkov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00e1 bude ur\u010dena pro vozy mimoevropsk\u00fdch trh\u016f. Nov\u00e1 platforma bude n\u00e1stupkyn\u00ed platformy MQB A0 IN, kter\u00e1 je v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na pro modely Kushaq a Slavia vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdch v indick\u00e9 P\u00fan\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b platformy MQB A0 Global budou v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech vznikat nov\u00e9 vozy pro regiony Indie, Latinsk\u00e9 Ameriky, Afriky a \u010dlensk\u00fdch zem\u00ed Sdru\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1rod\u016f jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asie. \u0160koda Auto v\u0161ak v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b spolupracovala i na v\u00fdvoji model\u016f pro evropsk\u00e9 trhy.
