{"id":3427,"date":"2022-11-15T12:55:28","date_gmt":"2022-11-15T12:55:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.automakersnews.cz\/?p=3427"},"modified":"2022-11-15T12:55:28","modified_gmt":"2022-11-15T12:55:28","slug":"komentar-euro-7-je-pokus-zlikvidovat-spalovaci-motory-jiz-v-roce-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.automakersnews.cz\/index.php\/2022\/11\/15\/komentar-euro-7-je-pokus-zlikvidovat-spalovaci-motory-jiz-v-roce-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Koment\u00e1\u0159: Euro 7 je pokus zlikvidovat spalovac\u00ed motory ji\u017e v roce 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"opener\"><strong>Jestli\u017ee si n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed bl\u00e1hovci mysleli, \u017ee na n\u00e1kup sv\u00e9ho posledn\u00ed auta se spalovac\u00edm motorem maj\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b \u010das, ne\u017e v roce 2035 p\u0159ijde z\u00e1kaz prodeje takov\u00fdch nov\u00fdch aut, tak je norma Euro 7 vyvedla z omylu.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div id=\"art-text\" class=\"text\">\n<p>Emisn\u00ed norma Euro 7, kterou po v\u00edce ne\u017e ro\u010dn\u00edm odkladu schv\u00e1lila Evropsk\u00e1 komise, je\u0161t\u011b rychleji zatlu\u010de h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dek do rakve aut se spalovac\u00edmi motory, ne\u017e jsme se po ned\u00e1vn\u00e9m odsouhlasen\u00ed \u00fapln\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazu konven\u010dn\u00edch aut org\u00e1ny Evropsk\u00e9 unie od roku 2035 domn\u00edvali. Lobbist\u00e9 automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu si nespr\u00e1vn\u011b mysleli, \u017ee p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dili unijn\u00ed experty, \u017ee Euro 7 by nem\u011bla d\u00e1le ztvrzovat podm\u00ednky pro provoz spalovac\u00edch aut, kdy\u017e to p\u0159ece maj\u00ed u\u017e za 12 let u\u017e spo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u011b se toti\u017e nastavuj\u00ed podm\u00ednky, kter\u00e9 \u2013 pokud to automobilky v\u016fbec stihnou zm\u011bnou technologi\u00ed zav\u00e9st do 1. \u010dervence 2025 \u2013 d\u00e1le zp\u0159\u00edsn\u00ed a t\u00edm tak\u00e9 zdra\u017e\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e1 auta se spalovac\u00edmi motory. Pokud n\u00e1vrh schv\u00e1l\u00ed \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty a Evropsk\u00fd parlament, m\u011bla by pravidla pro nov\u00e1 osobn\u00ed auta platit od poloviny roku 2025, pro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed o dva roky pozd\u011bji.<\/p>\n<p>Nicm\u00e9n\u011b po hladk\u00e9m pr\u016fb\u011bhu ned\u00e1vn\u00e9ho odsouhlasen\u00ed \u00fapln\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazu prodeje nov\u00fdch aut na benz\u00edn a naftu po roce 2035, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/smutny.blog.idnes.cz\/blog.aspx?c=793707\" rel=\"nofollow\">za \u010desk\u00e9ho p\u0159edsednictv\u00ed<\/a>\u00a0EU, to z\u0159ejm\u011b unijn\u00ed zelen\u00ed ideologov\u00e9 pova\u017euj\u00ed jen za formalitu.<\/p>\n<p>O co jde? EU p\u0159itom chce, aby se emise oxid\u016f dus\u00edk\u016f (Nox) sn\u00ed\u017eilo ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159edchoz\u00ed normou Euro 6 o 35 procent. Maj\u00ed se sn\u00ed\u017eit emise pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch do ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Norma Euro 7 slad\u00ed limity pro benzinov\u00e1 a dieselov\u00e1 auta, kdy limit 60 miligram\u016f na kilometr pro benz\u00ednov\u00e9 motory za\u010dne nov\u011b platit i pro diesely (dosud 80 miligram\u016f\/km).<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1 doj\u00edt tak\u00e9 ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f o 13 procent. Evropsk\u00e1 komise po\u017eaduje, aby se vozy pohybovali ve vyty\u010den\u00e9m emisn\u00edm p\u00e1smu i p\u0159i cest\u00e1ch, je\u017e jsou krat\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 10 kilometr\u016f. Vy\u0159e\u0161it f\u00e1zi studen\u00fdch start\u016f, logicky spojen\u00fdch s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi emisemi, to by byl \u00fakol hodn\u00fd Toma Cruise v dal\u0161\u00edm pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm filmov\u00e9 s\u00e9rie Mission Impossible.<\/p>\n<p>Velmi podstatn\u00e9 je to, \u017ee v\u0161echny emisn\u00ed limity v\u010detn\u011b spektra teplot se mus\u00ed plnit pro dan\u00e9 auto 10 let a p\u0159i ujet\u00ed 200.000 km, to je zdvojn\u00e1soben\u00ed sta\u0159\u00ed a po\u010dtu km proti sou\u010dasnosti. Tak\u017ee se z\u0159ejm\u011b automaticky po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s t\u00edm, \u017ee \u0159ada nov\u011b vyroben\u00fdch aut s aplikovanou emisn\u00ed normou Euro 7 posl\u00e9ze neprojde prov\u011brkou (v \u010cR v STK) nebude se sm\u011bt vr\u00e1tit na silnice.<\/p>\n<p>Jak se dalo o\u010dek\u00e1vat, Evropsk\u00e1 komise si vzala do hled\u00e1\u010dku sv\u00e9 odst\u0159elovac\u00ed pu\u0161ky proti spalovac\u00edm aut\u016fm hybridy, kter\u00e9 si mohou dosud na sv\u00fdch registra\u010dn\u00edch zna\u010dk\u00e1ch ps\u00e1t zna\u010dku elektrick\u00fdch voz\u016f. Plug-in hybridy budou d\u00e1lkov\u011b sledov\u00e1ny a v centrech m\u011bst bude p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed na elektrick\u00fd pohon vynucov\u00e1no. Pokud \u0159idi\u010d i po upozorn\u011bn\u00ed na sl\u00e1bnouc\u00ed kapacitu baterie pojede d\u00e1le, kdy dosud mohl samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pou\u017e\u00edt spalovac\u00ed motor a nedojde-li na v\u010dasn\u00e9 nabit\u00ed baterie, software v\u016fz zastav\u00ed. Orwell\u016fv \u201eVelk\u00fd bratr\u201c u\u017e n\u00e1m p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 ot\u011b\u017ee centr\u00e1ln\u00edho bruselsk\u00e9ho mozku a vzkazuje z\u00e1jemc\u016fm o hybridy, aby na tohoto kon\u011b jako na dopravn\u00edho outsidera u\u017e nes\u00e1zeli.<\/p>\n<p>Aby se asi ne\u0159eklo, norma Euro 7 tak\u00e9 zp\u0159\u00eds\u0148uje n\u011bkter\u00e9 parametry pro elektromobily, kdy nap\u0159. \u017eelezit\u00fd prach z brzd m\u00e1 klesnout o 27 procent. Elektromobily sice maj\u00ed vinou p\u016fltunov\u00e9 i t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed baterie hmotnost v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed o 40 % proti konven\u010dn\u00edm aut\u016fm, ale Euro 7 je zde velmi benevolentn\u00ed, proto\u017ee pro opot\u0159eben\u00ed pneumatik bude je\u0161t\u011b \u201eup\u0159esn\u011bna metodika\u201c a tedy i c\u00edlov\u00e9 hodnoty.<\/p>\n<p>Bude se tak\u00e9 prov\u011b\u0159ovat \u017eivotnost baterie, ale nad\u00e1le se akceptuje skute\u010dnost, \u017ee po 8 letech provozu m\u016f\u017ee baterie elektromobilu ztratit 30 % p\u016fvodn\u00ed kapacity, tedy i dojezdu. Zkusme si p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee auto se spalovac\u00edm motorem by po osmi letech mohlo m\u00edt leg\u00e1ln\u011b o t\u0159etinu men\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n<p>Naprosto \u0161ibeni\u010dn\u00ed term\u00edny pro aplikaci nov\u00e9 normy Euro 7 t\u011b\u017eko lze sotva jinak hodnotit ne\u017e jako z\u00e1m\u011br a schv\u00e1lnost pro rychlej\u0161\u00ed popravu aut se spalovac\u00edm motorem. P\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m v\u00fdvojov\u00e9m cyklu aut 5 a\u017e 7 let to asi \u0159adu automobilek dovede k rezignaci na spalovac\u00ed motory \u00fapln\u011b, ostatn\u00edm z\u0159ejm\u011b v d\u016fsledku nov\u00fdch emisn\u00edch limit\u016f d\u00e1le podstatn\u011b zdra\u017e\u00ed auta na benz\u00edn a naftu. Elektromobilita se tot\u00e1ln\u011b a totalitn\u011b prosazuje navzdory st\u00e1le nov\u00fdm fakt\u016fm, \u017ee to nen\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak zlep\u0161it \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160v\u00e9dsk\u00e1 automobilka Volvo, kterou vlastn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 ob\u0159\u00ed automobilka Geely, je\u017e se hodn\u011b v\u011bnuje i elektromobilit\u011b, po zevrubn\u00e9 anal\u00fdze konstatovala, \u017ee kv\u016fli emisn\u011b \u0161pinav\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b baterie se m\u016f\u017ee elektromobil dostat na nulov\u00e9 emise CO2 a\u017e po ujet\u00ed 50.000 km. Ov\u0161em jen za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee se bude jeho baterie nab\u00edjet jen z bezemisn\u00edch zdroj\u016f (slunce, v\u00edtr, atom). To potvrzuje v\u00fdzkum presti\u017en\u00ed bruselsk\u00e9 organizace Green NCAP, kter\u00e1 konstatovala, \u017ee v situaci nadpolovi\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdroby elekt\u0159iny v N\u011bmecku z emisn\u00edch zdroj\u016f se e-auto srovn\u00e1 s konven\u010dn\u00edm na benz\u00edn na emisn\u00ed nulu po ujet\u00ed 130.000 km a ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s naftov\u00fdm a\u017e po ujet\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 200.000 km.<\/p>\n<p>Takovou porci kilometr\u016f ov\u0161em z\u00e1ruka (a \u017eivotnost) na b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 pln\u011b elektrick\u00e9 vozy nep\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1. S v\u00fdsledky Green NCAP koresponduj\u00ed tak\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bry studie v\u011bdc\u016f \u010cesk\u00e9ho vysok\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed technick\u00e9ho. Krom\u011b seversk\u00fdch zem\u00ed a jadern\u00e9 Francie zat\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161ina zem\u00ed EU v\u010detn\u011b \u010ceska (cca 45 % pod\u00edl v\u00fdroby z uhl\u00ed) z\u00e1vis\u00ed ve v\u00fdrob\u011b elekt\u0159iny a tud\u00ed\u017e i nab\u00edjen\u00ed elektromobil\u016f z v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti na fosiln\u00edch palivech.<\/p>\n<p>Zhor\u0161uj\u00ed se tak\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklady pro dal\u0161\u00ed prodejnost elektrick\u00fdch voz\u016f, jejich\u017e nej\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed odbyt je spojen v z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evrop\u011b s dotacemi. S ohledem na st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my s deficity st\u00e1tn\u00edch financ\u00ed v\u0161ech zem\u00ed EU jsou ji\u017e p\u0159ipraveny pl\u00e1ny na postupn\u00e9 zru\u0161en\u00ed t\u011bchto mnohamiliardov\u00fdch dota\u010dn\u00edch v\u00fddaj\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Jak na podzim roku 2021 konstatovala Deutsche Bank v hodnocen\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch dotac\u00ed na elektroauta v EU pr\u00e1v\u011b v N\u011bmecku, tento syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd ka\u017ed\u00e9 e-auto v SRN zv\u00fdhod\u0148uje celkov\u011b a\u017e o 20.000 eur (cca 490.000 K\u010d), nad\u00e1le prohlubuje soci\u00e1ln\u00ed nerovnost v zemi, kde tak m\u00e9n\u011b majetn\u00ed ze sv\u00fdch dan\u00ed spolufinancuj\u00ed n\u00e1kup 2. \u010di 3. elektrick\u00e9ho auta do rodiny bohat\u00fdch N\u011bmc\u016f. Minul\u00fd t\u00fdden k datu 8. listopadu nov\u00e1 pravicov\u00e1 vl\u00e1da ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku ze dne na den dotace elektromobil\u016f zru\u0161ila.<\/p>\n<p>Podle britsk\u00e9ho tisku 17. listopadu britsk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da ozn\u00e1m\u00ed, \u017ee na elektromobily uval\u00ed dan\u011b, od nich\u017e byly osvobozeny. Mj. tak\u00e9 proto, \u017ee se zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm elektromobil\u016f je ohro\u017een v\u00fdnos dan\u011b z prodeje benz\u00ednu a nafty v hodnot\u011b 35 miliard liber ro\u010dn\u011b (asi 970 miliard korun). V \u010cesku je zat\u00edm pod\u00edl \u010dist\u00fdch elektroaut na vozov\u00e9m parku s dv\u011bma promile zanedbateln\u00fd, ale s jeho politicky a lobbisticky prosazovan\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdm v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm prodejem by byl ohro\u017een sou\u010dasn\u00fd ro\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdnos cca 90 miliard K\u010d z prodeje pohonn\u00fdch hmot pro hluboce deficitn\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed rozpo\u010det \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p>Bez ohledu na st\u00e1le z\u00e1sadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u016fkazy o nesmyslnosti tot\u00e1ln\u00edho p\u0159echodu na elektromobilitu, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v podob\u011b velk\u00fdch aut s t\u011b\u017ekou bateri\u00ed kv\u016fli argumentaci lep\u0161\u00edho dojezdu a pro bohatou klientelu, se politick\u00e9 prosazov\u00e1n\u00ed elektromobility val\u00ed jako tsunami. S nov\u00fdmi aspekty tot\u00e1ln\u00ed kontroly orwellovskou centr\u00e1ln\u00ed moci v Bruselu s pomoc\u00ed IT nab\u00edr\u00e1 ideologie \u010dist\u00e9 mobility rys\u016f srovnateln\u00fdch s bojem za \u201e\u010distou rasu\u201c. Ta ov\u0161em st\u00e1la des\u00edtky milion\u016f \u017eivot\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Kolik bude st\u00e1t cel\u00e1 ideologie \u201esv\u011btl\u00fdch zelen\u00fdch z\u00edt\u0159k\u016f\u201c v\u010detn\u011b ohro\u017een\u00ed 14 milion\u016f pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst elektromobilitou v evropsk\u00e9m\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/smutny.blog.idnes.cz\/blog.aspx?c=793335\" rel=\"nofollow\">i v \u010desk\u00e9m autopr\u016fmyslu<\/a>\u00a0a omezen\u00edm individu\u00e1ln\u00ed svobody v d\u016fsledku nedostupn\u00fdch aut?
