Pokud n\u00e1vrh schv\u00e1l\u00ed \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty a\u00a0<span class=\"e1id1 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"5\" data-classic=\"false\">Evropsk\u00fd<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"e1id1 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"5\" data-classic=\"false\">parlament<\/span>, m\u011bla by pravidla pro nov\u00e1 osobn\u00ed auta platit od poloviny roku 2025, pro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed o dva roky pozd\u011bji.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"e5id1 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"7\" data-classic=\"false\">V\u00fdrobci<\/span>\u00a0automobil\u016f d\u00e1vali u\u017e b\u011bhem p\u0159\u00edpravy normy najevo obavy ze zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f v dob\u011b, kdy za\u010dali ve velk\u00e9m vyv\u00edjet elektrick\u00e9 automobily. Kv\u016fli norm\u011b automobilky podle\u00a0<span class=\"e0id0 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"8\" data-classic=\"false\">Bruselu<\/span>\u00a0nebudou muset pou\u017e\u00edvat nov\u00e9 technologie a p\u0159echod na\u00a0<span class=\"advancedHighlight SearchKeywordHighlight\" data-classic=\"true\">Euro<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"advancedHighlight SearchKeywordHighlight\" data-classic=\"true\">7<\/span>\u00a0se prom\u00edtne do ceny nov\u00fdch aut nejv\u00fd\u0161e v \u0159\u00e1dech n\u011bkolika tis\u00edc korun.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e1ty\u00a0<span class=\"e1id2 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"11\" data-classic=\"false\">EU<\/span>\u00a0veden\u00e9 \u010desk\u00fdm p\u0159edsednictv\u00edm se koncem \u0159\u00edjna shodly s\u00a0<span class=\"e5id0 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"12\" data-classic=\"false\">europoslanci<\/span>\u00a0na pravidlech, kter\u00e1 od roku 2035 prakticky znemo\u017en\u00ed prodej nov\u00fdch aut s klasick\u00fdmi spalovac\u00edmi motory. Podle\u00a0<span class=\"e1id0 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"0\" data-classic=\"false\">komise<\/span>\u00a0je v\u0161ak pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee se je\u0161t\u011b do poloviny stolet\u00ed bude po evropsk\u00fdch silnic\u00edch pohybovat p\u011btina benzinov\u00fdch a dieselov\u00fdch aut a a\u017e polovina n\u00e1kladn\u00edch voz\u016f se spalovac\u00edm motorem. Proto chce\u00a0<span class=\"e1id0 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"0\" data-classic=\"false\">komise<\/span>\u00a0d\u00e1l zp\u0159\u00edsnit sou\u010dasn\u00e1 emisn\u00ed pravidla.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Krom\u011b toho, \u017ee monitorujeme a podporujeme elektrifikaci vozov\u00e9ho parku, chceme omezit tak\u00e9 emise, kter\u00e9 zhor\u0161uj\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu a ohro\u017euj\u00ed na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed,&#8220; prohl\u00e1sil\u00a0<span class=\"e5id2 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"15\" data-classic=\"false\">eurokomisa\u0159<\/span>\u00a0pro vnit\u0159n\u00ed trh\u00a0<span class=\"e2id0 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"16\" data-classic=\"false\">Thierry<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"e2id0 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"16\" data-classic=\"false\">Breton<\/span>, kter\u00fd n\u00e1vrh normy prezentoval. Oxidy dus\u00edku a pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice z automobilov\u00e9 dopravy v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed podle n\u011bj zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed v zem\u00edch\u00a0<span class=\"e1id2 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"11\" data-classic=\"false\">EU<\/span>\u00a0v\u00edce ne\u017e 70 000 p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdch \u00famrt\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b, nov\u00fd emisn\u00ed standard by m\u011bl tyto po\u010dty sn\u00ed\u017eit.<\/p>\n<p>Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se sou\u010dasnou normou se nemaj\u00ed zm\u011bnit po\u017eadavky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se emis\u00ed oxid\u016f dus\u00edku u benzinov\u00fdch aut, kter\u00e1 budou m\u00edt nad\u00e1le povoleno 60 miligram\u016f na kilometr. Tato \u00farove\u0148 za\u010dne nov\u011b platit i pro diesely, kter\u00e9 podle standardu\u00a0<span class=\"advancedHighlight SearchKeywordHighlight\" data-classic=\"true\">Euro<\/span>\u00a06 mohou vypou\u0161t\u011bt 80 miligram\u016f na kilometr. Zp\u0159\u00edsnit by se m\u011bly tak\u00e9 normy pro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed automobily.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"e1id0 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"0\" data-classic=\"false\">Komise<\/span>\u00a0odhaduje, \u017ee ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s dosavadn\u00ed normou by m\u011bla\u00a0<span class=\"advancedHighlight SearchKeywordHighlight\" data-classic=\"true\">Euro<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"advancedHighlight SearchKeywordHighlight\" data-classic=\"true\">7<\/span>\u00a0zajistit do roku 2035 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed oxid\u016f dus\u00edku o 35 %, u pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic pak o 13 procent. U n\u00e1kladn\u00edch aut a autobus\u016f m\u00e1 j\u00edt o 56 % emis\u00ed oxid\u016f dus\u00edku a 39 % pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 norma tak\u00e9 zdvojn\u00e1sob\u00ed po\u010det najet\u00fdch kilometr\u016f a st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed auta, do nich\u017e bude pln\u011bn\u00ed emisn\u00edho standardu vy\u017eadov\u00e1no. Nov\u011b p\u016fjde o 200 000 kilometr\u016f a deset let u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vozu. Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed se i spektrum teplot, v nich\u017e bude muset auto normu plnit.<\/p>\n<p>Poprv\u00e9 navrhuje\u00a0<span class=\"e1id0 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"0\" data-classic=\"false\">komise<\/span>\u00a0stanovit i limity pro pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice produkovan\u00e9 brzdami a mikroplasty, kter\u00e9 se uvol\u0148uj\u00ed z pneumatik. Chce rovn\u011b\u017e, aby m\u011bla auta \u010didla umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed kdykoli emise zkontrolovat.<\/p>\n<p>Unijn\u00ed exekutiva p\u0159edlo\u017eila n\u00e1vrh v\u00edce ne\u017e rok po p\u016fvodn\u011b o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9m term\u00ednu. Podle sv\u00fdch \u010dinitel\u016f v n\u011bm cht\u011bla zohlednit situaci automobilek \u010del\u00edc\u00edch slo\u017eit\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 situaci a nutnosti p\u0159ej\u00edt na elektromobilitu. Podle\u00a0<span class=\"e2id0 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"16\" data-classic=\"false\">Bretona<\/span>\u00a0nebudou muset kv\u016fli norm\u011b vyv\u00edjet \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 nov\u00e9 technologie a vysta\u010d\u00ed s d\u016fsledn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm vyu\u017eit\u00edm t\u011bch dosavadn\u00edch.\u00a0<span class=\"e1id0 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"0\" data-classic=\"false\">Komise<\/span>\u00a0odhaduje, \u017ee po\u0159izovac\u00ed n\u00e1klady nov\u00e9ho auta by se po zaveden\u00ed nov\u00fdch standard\u016f m\u011bly zv\u00fd\u0161it o 90 a\u017e 150\u00a0<span class=\"advancedHighlight SearchKeywordHighlight\" data-classic=\"true\">eur<\/span>\u00a0(2200 a\u017e 3700 K\u010d).<\/p>\n<p>Ekologick\u00e9 organizace v t\u00e9to souvislosti n\u00e1vrh kritizuj\u00ed a hovo\u0159\u00ed o nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 \u00farovni sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podle \u010desk\u00e9ho\u00a0<span class=\"e5id4 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"27\" data-classic=\"false\">ministra<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"e5id4 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"27\" data-classic=\"false\">dopravy<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"e2id2 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"29\" data-classic=\"false\">Martina<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"e2id2 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"29\" data-classic=\"false\">Kupky<\/span>\u00a0zafungoval realistick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup a emisn\u00ed limity se u osobn\u00edch aut nezp\u0159\u00edsnily. &#8222;Pro\u00a0<span class=\"e0id1 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"31\" data-classic=\"false\">\u010cR<\/span>\u00a0je v r\u00e1mci dal\u0161\u00edho vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 se zam\u011b\u0159it na fungov\u00e1n\u00ed normy\u00a0<span class=\"advancedHighlight SearchKeywordHighlight\" data-classic=\"true\">Euro<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"advancedHighlight SearchKeywordHighlight\" data-classic=\"true\">7<\/span>\u00a0u n\u00e1kladn\u00edch automobil\u016f a autobus\u016f. Zde vid\u00edm hlavn\u00ed \u00faskal\u00ed p\u0159edkl\u00e1dan\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu, bude nutn\u00e9 jednat o jeho revizi. N\u00e1vrh Bal\u00ed\u010dku\u00a0<span class=\"advancedHighlight SearchKeywordHighlight\" data-classic=\"true\">Euro<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"advancedHighlight SearchKeywordHighlight\" data-classic=\"true\">7<\/span>\u00a0pro tato vozidla je podle na\u0161eho n\u00e1zoru velmi slo\u017eit\u00fd a n\u00e1kladn\u00fd a neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 sou\u010dasn\u00e9mu \u00fasil\u00ed o rozvoj ekologick\u00e9 hromadn\u00e9 dopravy a p\u0159epravy zbo\u017e\u00ed,&#8220; \u0159ekl\u00a0<span class=\"e2id2 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"29\" data-classic=\"false\">Kupka<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Evropsk\u00e9 sdru\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdrobc\u016f automobil\u016f (ACEA) n\u00e1vrh kritizuje. Podle jehovyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00edbude znamenat vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady na vozidla s velmi omezen\u00fdmi ekologick\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00ednosy a riskuje zpomalen\u00ed p\u0159echodu na dopravu s nulov\u00fdmi emisemi. Tuzemsk\u00e9\u00a0<span class=\"e1id3 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"37\" data-classic=\"false\">Sdru\u017een\u00ed<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"e1id3 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"37\" data-classic=\"false\">automobilov\u00e9ho<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"e1id3 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"37\" data-classic=\"false\">pr\u016fmyslu<\/span>\u00a0navr\u017eenou normu pova\u017euje za kontraproduktivn\u00ed, proto\u017ee m\u00edsto zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed v doprav\u011b fakticky odkl\u00e1n\u00ed tolik pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 zdroje investic do technologi\u00ed bateriov\u00fdch, pota\u017emo vod\u00edkov\u00fdch vozidel a sou\u010dasn\u011b povede k omezen\u00ed nab\u00eddky cenov\u011b dostupn\u00fdch model\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;N\u00e1vrh stanovuje ne\u00fam\u011brn\u011b p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 limity pro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozidla, m\u016f\u017ee omezit nab\u00eddku dostupn\u00fdch osobn\u00edch vozidel v ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch kategori\u00edch a hroz\u00ed tak\u00e9 od\u010derp\u00e1n\u00edm omezen\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba investovat do elektrifikace a napln\u011bn\u00ed klimatick\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f,&#8220; uvedl\u00a0<span class=\"e5id3 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"40\" data-classic=\"false\">prezident<\/span>\u00a0sdru\u017een\u00ed\u00a0<span class=\"e2id1 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"41\" data-classic=\"false\">Martin<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"e2id1 advancedHighlight\" data-id=\"41\" data-classic=\"false\">Jahn<\/span>.
