Kdy\u017e jsem se pak vr\u00e1til do \u010ceska, dal jsem dohromady t\u00fdm lid\u00ed a spolu jsme b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika let vytvo\u0159ili n\u00e1t\u011br pro u\u017eit\u00ed v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch provozech,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Peter Vavrda, CEO ALPHA CZECH.<\/p>\n<p>Unik\u00e1tnost tohoto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed tkv\u00ed v tom, \u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9 n\u00e1t\u011br aplikovat bez odst\u00e1vky provozu na povrchy o teplot\u011b a\u017e +220\u02daC. Dal\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdhodami v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jsou i rychlost aplikace, mo\u017enost izolovat armatury, mal\u00fd objem a mal\u00e1 hmotnost n\u00e1t\u011brov\u00e9 hmoty.<\/p>\n<p>Funk\u010dnost n\u00e1t\u011bru byla otestov\u00e1na ve spolupr\u00e1ci s nez\u00e1visl\u00fdm odborn\u00edkem na nov\u00e9 technologie Ing. Old\u0159ichem Pelik\u00e1nem, MBA. D\u00e1le tak\u00e9 ORLEN Unipetrol RPA na rafin\u00e9rii Litv\u00ednov. O\u0161et\u0159oval se povrch v\u00edka pr\u016flezu DN600 odplynova\u010de EG-1201 o po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed teplot\u011b bezm\u00e1la 125,9\u02daC. \u201eCelkov\u011b se na v\u00edko nanesly 3 vrstvy hmoty o celkov\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ce 3-4 mm a teplota klesla na 25\u201328\u02daC a lze tedy \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee tato technologie pln\u00ed svou funkci. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je kovov\u00fd povrch o\u0161et\u0159en a nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k jeho dal\u0161\u00ed degradaci,\u201c dopl\u0148uje Old\u0159ich Pelik\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Reflexn\u011b izola\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1t\u011brov\u00e9 hmoty v\u0161ak lze pou\u017e\u00edvat i ve stavebnictv\u00ed pro o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed fas\u00e1d i st\u0159e\u0161n\u00edch pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165\u016f, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e princip je op\u011bt stejn\u00fd. A v zim\u011b naopak br\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fanik\u016fm tepla z interi\u00e9ru ven t\u00edm, \u017ee neuvol\u0148uj\u00ed teplo do chladn\u00e9ho venkovn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Technologie v\u0161ak dob\u0159e poslou\u017e\u00ed i v interi\u00e9rech b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed, kde funguje \u00fapln\u011b stejn\u011b jako klasick\u00e1 tepeln\u00e1 izolace. Zvy\u0161uje tepeln\u00fd komfort v m\u00edstnostech tak, \u017ee odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed unikaj\u00edc\u00ed teplo zp\u011bt do vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00e9ho prostoru. \u201eJedn\u00e1 se o interi\u00e9rov\u00e9, fas\u00e1dn\u00ed a n\u00e1t\u011bry st\u0159e\u0161n\u00edho opl\u00e1\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.
