Po sedmi akc\u00edch v regionech, na nich\u017e byly ocen\u011bny firmy ze v\u0161ech 13 kraj\u016f a Prahy, si pomysln\u00e9 celorepublikov\u00e9 zlat\u00e9 medaile odnesly spole\u010dnosti Shell Czech Republic, Orlen Unipetrol a \u010cEZ.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201eBlahop\u0159eji v\u0161em celost\u00e1tn\u00edm i region\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00edt\u011bz\u016fm. Cht\u011bl bych ale ocenit v\u0161echny firmy, kter\u00e9 se do sout\u011b\u017ee Sodexo Zam\u011bstnavatel roku zapojily a tak\u00e9 ty, kter\u00e9 se staraj\u00ed o sv\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance. V dne\u0161n\u00edm nestabiln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b, kdy se v\u011bci m\u011bn\u00ed rychleji, ne\u017e jsme si je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed t\u0159emi, \u010dty\u0159mi lety dok\u00e1zali p\u0159edstavit, je to velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9,\u201c komentuje v\u00fdsledky Jan Michelfeit, marketingov\u00fd \u0159editel Sodexo Benefity, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed partner sout\u011b\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1stupci firem, kter\u00e9 obsadily \u010deln\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dky, to vid\u00ed velmi podobn\u011b: \u201eVe spole\u010dnosti Shell je budov\u00e1n\u00ed firemn\u00ed kultury d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spokojenosti zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Benefity, kter\u00e9 nab\u00edz\u00edme, odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed na\u0161im firemn\u00edm hodnot\u00e1m a hraj\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou roli v na\u0161\u00ed firemn\u00ed strategii. Da\u0148ov\u00fd aspekt je pro n\u00e1s sice d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, ale celkovou koncepci benefit\u016f z\u00e1sadn\u011b neovliv\u0148uje,\u201c \u0159ekla p\u0159i p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed ocen\u011bn\u00ed Barbora Janasov\u00e1, HR mana\u017eerka pro \u010ceskou a Slovenskou republiku a potvrdila pot\u0159ebu reagovat na m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se po\u017eadavky zam\u011bstnanc\u016f:<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePrioritou je rodinn\u00fd \u017eivot na\u0161ich zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, a proto jim vych\u00e1z\u00edme vst\u0159\u00edc flexibiln\u00edmi formami pr\u00e1ce a nadstandardn\u00edmi podm\u00ednkami pro mate\u0159skou a otcovskou dovolenou. Sb\u00edr\u00e1me tak\u00e9 podn\u011bty od zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a neboj\u00edme se inspirovat u jin\u00fdch firem. Poskytujeme mno\u017estv\u00ed nadstandardn\u00edch benefit\u016f a p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f a na\u0161i zam\u011bstnanci na v\u0161ech pozic\u00edch a v ka\u017ed\u00e9m v\u011bku maj\u00ed \u0161irok\u00e9 mo\u017enosti kari\u00e9rn\u00edho i osobnostn\u00edho rozvoje, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e klademe d\u016fraz na rovnov\u00e1hu mezi pracovn\u00edm a soukrom\u00fdm \u017eivotem. R\u00e1di bychom pestrost na\u0161ich benefit\u016f zachovali i do budoucna.
