{"id":60178,"date":"2023-06-29T07:42:01","date_gmt":"2023-06-29T07:42:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.automakersnews.cz\/?p=60178"},"modified":"2023-06-29T07:49:22","modified_gmt":"2023-06-29T07:49:22","slug":"sef-autosap-jahn-bilancoval-v-manesu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.automakersnews.cz\/index.php\/2023\/06\/29\/sef-autosap-jahn-bilancoval-v-manesu\/","title":{"rendered":"\u0160\u00e9f AutoSAP Jahn bilancoval v M\u00e1nesu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Pra\u017esk\u00fd M\u00e1nes hostil 27. \u010dervna v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed tiskovou konferenci Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu (AutoSAP), v\u011bnovanou hodnocen\u00ed uplynul\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed a aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00fdhled\u016fm v\u00fdroby motorov\u00fdch vozidel a jejich dodavatel\u016f.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Zpr\u00e1vy o v\u00fdsledc\u00edch \u010desk\u00e9ho automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu dopln\u011bn\u00e9 o mno\u017estv\u00ed relevantn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f p\u0159ednesli Martin Jahn, prezident AutoSAP a \u010dlen p\u0159edstavenstva za prodej a marketing ve spole\u010dnosti \u0160koda Auto a za dodavatelsk\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce Miroslav Dvo\u0159\u00e1k, viceprezident AutoSAP a p\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva Motor Jikov Group.<\/p>\n<p>Jak zd\u016fraznil Martin Jahn, rok 2022 se v na\u0161em automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu nesl navzdory mnoha p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdm okolnostem ve znamen\u00ed n\u00e1vratu k p\u0159edkrizov\u00e9 v\u00fdkonnosti. Sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o tom meziro\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst produkce automobilek u n\u00e1s o 9,1 %, tedy lep\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e \u010dinil pr\u016fm\u011br zem\u00ed EU (+8,3 %) nebo celosv\u011btov\u00fd (8,7 %). P\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 tak\u00e9 bylo, \u017ee se ji\u017e poda\u0159ilo vyrovnat se zkompletov\u00e1n\u00edm d\u0159\u00edve rozpracovan\u00fdch vozidel, pro kter\u00e9 chyb\u011bly n\u011bkter\u00e9 komponenty, zejm\u00e9na \u010dipy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u016fst v\u00fdroby i tr\u017eeb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Za rok 2022 bylo v \u010cesku vyrobeno celkem 1 217 787 osobn\u00edch a lehk\u00fdch u\u017eitkov\u00fdch automobil\u016f, 5 322 autobus\u016f, 1 247 n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel, 1 624 motocykl\u016f a 23 201 p\u0159\u00edv\u011bs\u016f a n\u00e1v\u011bs\u016f. Export osobn\u00edch voz\u016f p\u0159edstavoval 92,8 %, tak\u017ee doma zbylo jen 7,2 % tuzemsk\u00e9 v\u00fdroby. Nejv\u00edce osobn\u00edch voz\u016f bylo vyvezeno do N\u011bmecka, 29,3 %, na druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b je Francie 7,6 %, na Slovensko p\u0159ipad\u00e1 6,6 %, 6,5 % na Velkou Brit\u00e1nii atd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V ka\u017ed\u00e9m modern\u00edm automobilu je 1 500 \u010dip\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rok 2022 p\u0159inesl stabilizaci v dod\u00e1vk\u00e1ch v\u011bt\u0161iny chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1stek, zejm\u00e9na tzv. \u010dip\u016f. T\u011bch je pot\u0159eba v ka\u017ed\u00e9m modern\u00edm osobn\u00edm automobilu na tis\u00edc p\u011bt set kus\u016f. Pro ilustraci Martin Jahn uvedl, \u017ee jen za m\u011bs\u00edc \u00fanor 2022 \u010dinil kv\u016fli chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edm sou\u010d\u00e1stk\u00e1m (v\u011bt\u0161inou \u010dip\u016fm) po\u010det nevyroben\u00fdch vozidel u tuzemsk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f 20 a\u017e 25 tis\u00edc kus\u016f a ztr\u00e1ta p\u0159edstavovala neskute\u010dn\u00fdch 10 miliard K\u010d. I proto je zva\u017eovan\u00e1 investice 44 mld. do roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdroby \u010dip\u016f firmy ON Semiconductor, p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed ve t\u0159ech z\u00e1vodech v \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_60180\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-60180\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-60180\" src=\"http:\/\/www.automakersnews.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Autosap-TK-2023-Jahn-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-60180\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Stabilizovan\u00e1 zam\u011bstnanost<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>V posledn\u00edch t\u0159ech letech byl \u010desk\u00fd automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl stabiln\u00edm zam\u011bstnavatelem, kdy po\u010dty pracovn\u00edk\u016f se m\u011bnily v \u0159\u00e1du do dvou procent. Na v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed konferenci tak\u00e9 zazn\u011bly \u00fadaje o mzd\u00e1ch. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 mzda \u010dinila v roce 2022 u firem v r\u00e1mci Sdru\u017een\u00ed Auto SAP 50 472 K\u010d, co\u017e je o 25 % v\u00edc, ne\u017e je pr\u016fm\u011br v \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p>Fisk\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednos ve\u0159ejn\u00fdm financ\u00edm z podnik\u016f Sdru\u017een\u00ed Auto SAP \u010dinil za rok 62 mld K\u010d, v\u0161ech firem z oblasti automotive pak 70 mld K\u010d. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b to znamenalo 11 mld K\u010d na dani z p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f pr\u00e1vnick\u00fdch osob, 13 mld K\u010d na dani z p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f fyzick\u00fdch osob, 29 mld K\u010d na soci\u00e1ln\u00edm a zdravotn\u00edm poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odveden\u00e9m firmami a 6 mld K\u010d, odveden\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanci.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Starosti s normou Euro 7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ambici\u00f3zn\u00ed pl\u00e1ny a c\u00edle Evropsk\u00e9 komise vztahuj\u00edc\u00ed se k bezemisn\u00ed mobilit\u011b jsou sice u\u017e dlouho ve\u0159ejn\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e9, ale postupn\u011b vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed na sv\u011btlo ur\u010dit\u00e9 komplikace. Jen p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na realizaci normy Euro 7 jsou podle v\u00fdpo\u010dt\u016f v\u00fdrobc\u016f 4x a\u017e 10x vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e jak je odhaduje Evropsk\u00e1 komise. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b to p\u0159edstavuje + 2 000 EUR v\u00edc na v\u00fdrobu jednoho osobn\u00edho vozu, co\u017e je 10n\u00e1sobek odhadu EK. U n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel a autobus\u016f je realita + 12 000 EUR, tedy 4n\u00e1sobek odhadu EK. P\u0159itom Euro 7 p\u0159inese dodate\u010dn\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed NOX pouze o &#8211; 4 % u osobn\u00edch a lehk\u00fdch u\u017eitkov\u00fdch voz\u016f, o &#8211; 2 % u n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nejen fin\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdroba, v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pod\u00edl pat\u0159\u00ed i dodavatel\u016fm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situac\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu sezn\u00e1mil p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 Miroslav Dvo\u0159\u00e1k, kter\u00fd zd\u016fraznil nejen jejich v\u00fdznam, ale tak\u00e9 velk\u00fd pod\u00edl na v\u00fdvozu. R\u016fst u dodavatel\u016f zaznamenaly v roce 2022 tak\u00e9 tr\u017eby (+9,4 %), ale i export (+12,6 %).<\/p>\n<p>Uvedl tak\u00e9, \u017ee krize posledn\u00edch t\u0159\u00ed let se v dodavatelsk\u00e9 sf\u00e9\u0159e automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu prom\u00edtla v n\u011bkolika negativn\u00edch aspektech, a to tlakem na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f ze strany finalist\u016f, v inflaci, razantn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch \u00farokov\u00fdch m\u00edr\u00e1ch, tlakem na r\u016fst mezd, ve slo\u017eit\u00e9 funkci p\u0159epravy (just-in-time) a v neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b ve vynucen\u00fdch investic\u00edch do energeticky \u00fasporn\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed, spojen\u00fdch s n\u00e1stupem \u010dist\u00e9 mobility. Pokud se je\u0161t\u011b zohledn\u00ed rekordn\u011b drah\u00e9 energie a ur\u010dit\u00e1 ned\u016fv\u011bra, kter\u00e1 zavl\u00e1dla v oboru, nen\u00ed situace v\u016fbec jednoduch\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nejsme montovna, ale plnohodnotn\u00ed v\u00fdrobci<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ve sv\u00e9m vystoupen\u00ed se Miroslav Dvo\u0159\u00e1k tak\u00e9 ohradil v\u016f\u010di \u010dasto a\u017e pejorativn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9mu ozna\u010den\u00ed \u010ceska, jako \u201emontovny\u201c, co\u017e nen\u00ed pravda. \u010cesk\u00e9 podniky, a to nejen v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, sv\u00e9 produkty vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed s vysokou m\u00edrou p\u0159idan\u00e9 hodnoty, a ve zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e se pod\u00edlej\u00ed i na jejich v\u00fdvoji, tak\u017ee s v\u00fdznamem \u201emontovny\u201c nemaj\u00ed opravdu nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Budoucnost mobility i v\u00fdroby vozidel je bezemisn\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I kdy\u017e se zat\u00edm jedn\u00e1 o hudbu dost dalek\u00e9 budoucnosti, kdy nikdo nev\u00ed, co bude z\u00edtra, nato\u017e pak za dvan\u00e1ct let, sm\u011br bezemisn\u00ed mobility je jasn\u011b stanoven\u00fd a v\u0161e je zam\u011b\u0159eno na ukon\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdroby klasick\u00fdch automobil\u016f.
