Dnes je n\u00e1stup automatick\u00fdch inteligentn\u00edch pomocn\u00edk\u016f mo\u017en\u00fd t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 kdekoli. Nov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed z\u00e1vody nebo sklady na zelen\u00e9 louce (tzv. greenfieldy) vybaven\u00e9 v\u0161\u00edm, co v milovn\u00edc\u00edch robotiky bud\u00ed nad\u0161en\u00ed, jsou toti\u017e dnes sp\u00ed\u0161e v\u00fdjimkou. Automatiza\u010dn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed se tak mus\u00ed vm\u011bstn\u00e1vat do st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch skladov\u00fdch budov (tzv. brownfield\u016f). V jejich \u00fazk\u00fdch uli\u010dk\u00e1ch se nedaj\u00ed postavit ide\u00e1ln\u00ed trasy, ve kter\u00fdch je j\u00edzdn\u00ed dr\u00e1ha v\u017edy voln\u00e1, naopak, \u010dasto tu ve sm\u011bru j\u00edzdy vznikaj\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky.<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzvou jsou pak sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9 provozy, v nich\u017e mus\u00ed automatizovan\u00e9 voz\u00edky pracovat v prostorech, kde se pohybuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 manu\u00e1ln\u011b ovl\u00e1dan\u00e9 stroje a lid\u00e9, proto\u017ee v podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch brownfieldu nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 automatizovanou oblast odd\u011blit. I zde STILL nab\u00edz\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u2013 konkr\u00e9tn\u011b samou\u010d\u00edc\u00ed se manipula\u010dn\u00ed techniku, kter\u00e1 se zvl\u00e1dne sama bezpe\u010dn\u011b a efektivn\u011b pohybovat i v nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chytr\u00e1 automatizace<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed a horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159eprava vy\u017eaduje \u0161irok\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br dostupn\u00fdch typ\u016f voz\u00edk\u016f, jedin\u011b tak mohou stroje prov\u00e1d\u011bt pr\u00e1v\u011b ty \u00fakoly, kter\u00e9 jim p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Za zamy\u0161len\u00ed stoj\u00ed \u2013 pro\u010d pou\u017e\u00edvat k p\u0159eprav\u011b na dlouh\u00fdch tras\u00e1ch rozm\u011brn\u00e9 stroje, jako jsou vysokozdvi\u017en\u00e9 voz\u00edky nebo retraky, kdy\u017e tuto pr\u00e1ci mohou zastat autonomn\u00ed mobiln\u00ed roboty (AMR)? Nav\u00edc vysokozdvi\u017en\u00e9 voz\u00edky se p\u0159i z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdroby kv\u016fli st\u00edsn\u011bn\u00e9mu prostoru \u010dasto ani nedok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed dostat na m\u00edsto, pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f u p\u00e1su. V t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech je pak lep\u0161\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edt AMR voz\u00edky, kter\u00e9 se mohou vzhledem ke sv\u00fdm rozm\u011br\u016fm dostat rychle a\u017e p\u0159\u00edmo k pracovi\u0161ti u v\u00fdrobn\u00ed linky, a nav\u00edc jsou p\u0159itom v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 i z hlediska po\u0159izovac\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f. D\u00edky sv\u00e9 kompaktn\u00ed konstrukci pot\u0159ebuje AMR pro nalo\u017een\u00ed a vylo\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1kladu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o polovinu m\u00e9n\u011b m\u00edsta ne\u017e vysokozdvi\u017en\u00fd voz\u00edk.<\/p>\n<p>U spole\u010dnosti STILL si z\u00e1kazn\u00edci mohou u AMR vybrat mezi z\u00e1kladn\u00ed variantou ACH, kter\u00e1 se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed za pomoci QR k\u00f3d\u016f na podlaze, a variantou AXH, kter\u00e1 poskytuje je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed flexibilitu. Tato mo\u017enost je v\u00fdhodn\u00e1 v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b komplexn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho vyu\u017eit\u00ed. Hod\u00ed se tak\u00e9 do sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9ho provozu, kdy m\u016f\u017ee pracovat spole\u010dn\u011b a v souladu s jin\u00fdmi p\u0159epravn\u00edmi syst\u00e9my bez \u0159idi\u010de (TFS), jako jsou voz\u00edky pro vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed vychyst\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nebo retraky. Spole\u010dnost STILL to ned\u00e1vno jasn\u011b p\u0159edvedla ve sv\u00e9 uk\u00e1zce automatizace na veletrhu LogiMAT 2023. P\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky na trase m\u016f\u017ee objet, a pokud je zablokovan\u00e1 \u00fapln\u011b, dok\u00e1\u017ee napl\u00e1novanou trasu kompletn\u011b p\u0159epracovat a naj\u00edt alternativn\u00ed cestu k c\u00edli. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto schopnosti umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed nasazen\u00ed chytr\u00fdch robot\u016f v brownfieldech i ve sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9m provozu s manu\u00e1ln\u011b provozovan\u00fdmi voz\u00edky.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00edm autonomn\u00edm p\u0159epravn\u00edm voz\u00edkem spole\u010dnosti STILL je OPX iGo neo, inteligentn\u00ed autonomn\u00ed vychyst\u00e1vac\u00ed voz\u00edk, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1 lidem p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci jako asisten\u010dn\u00ed robot (\u201eco-bot\u201c). Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto n\u011bkolik dodavatel\u016f p\u0159epravn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f bez \u0159idi\u010de a jejich odb\u011bratel\u016f spojilo s\u00edly, aby dohromady realizovali projekt tohoto spole\u010dn\u00e9ho rozhran\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledkem bylo to, \u017ee v r\u00e1mci akce Test Camp Intralogistics b\u011bhem IFOY Test Days 2023 jezdily voz\u00edky STILL a stroje p\u011bti dal\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdrobc\u016f poprv\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u011b pod kontrolou \u0159\u00eddic\u00edho syst\u00e9mu KION Group. Testovac\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 prob\u00edhal v Dortmundu p\u011bt dn\u016f \u2013 a fungoval spolehliv\u011b, prok\u00e1zal funk\u010dnost p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edkaz\u016f a stavov\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f. A 27. a\u017e 30. \u010dervna 2023 byl tento projekt p\u0159edstaven na veletrhu automatiky v Mnichov\u011b a STILL byl op\u011bt u toho.
