Nov\u00e1 technologie otev\u00edr\u00e1 cestu ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0z intenzivn\u00edho vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed fosiln\u00edho paliva \u2013 zemn\u00edho plynu.<\/strong> <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u010clen p\u0159edstavenstva BMW AG Milan Nedeljkovi\u0107: \u201eJedn\u00e1 se o technologick\u00fd miln\u00edk v oblasti lakovac\u00edch technologi\u00ed. Podtrhuje na\u0161i inovativnost a odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed u\u010dinit v\u00fdrobu je\u0161t\u011b udr\u017eiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Nedeljkovi\u0107 a \u0159editelka tov\u00e1rny BMW Group v Lipsku Petra Peterh\u00e4nselov\u00e1 dnes spole\u010dn\u011b uvedli do provozu prvn\u00ed vod\u00edkov\u00fd ho\u0159\u00e1k pro su\u0161i\u010dky lakovan\u00fdch karoseri\u00ed. Zvl\u00e1\u0161tnost\u00ed tohoto syst\u00e9mu je, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee fungovat jak na vod\u00edk (H<sub>2<\/sub>) a metan (CH<sub>4<\/sub>), tak na jejich kombinaci. Tento ho\u0159\u00e1k je tak\u00e9 schopen b\u011bhem provozu mezi t\u011bmito palivy p\u0159ep\u00ednat. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku bude fungovat ve zku\u0161ebn\u00edm provozu, kompletn\u00ed linka na su\u0161en\u00ed lakovan\u00fdch karoseri\u00ed bude p\u0159estav\u011bna ji\u017e v\u00a0p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm roce. B\u011bhem n\u011bkolika p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch let budou postupn\u011b upraveny i zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed ho\u0159\u00e1kov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, nov\u00e1 technologie tak bude nasazena ve v\u0161ech 68 lakovac\u00edch odd\u011blen\u00edch tov\u00e1rny v\u00a0Lipsku.<\/p>\n<p>Inovativn\u00ed syst\u00e9my flexibiln\u00edch ho\u0159\u00e1k\u016f byly vyvinuty ve spolupr\u00e1ci s br\u00e9mskou spole\u010dnost\u00ed Saacke, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e integraci bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edho konceptu podpo\u0159il Fraunhofer\u016fv institut IFF v Magdeburku. P\u0159echod na flexibiln\u00ed ho\u0159\u00e1ky je z\u00e1kladem pro to, aby byla tov\u00e1rna BMW Group v Lipsku energeticky zcela bez emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Udr\u017eitelnost jako kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd prvek BMW iFACTORY.<\/strong><br \/>\nSn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0je jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f BMW iFACTORY s p\u0159\u00edstupem LEAN. GREEN. DIGITAL. Zat\u00edmco udr\u017eitelnost, optim\u00e1ln\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed zdroj\u016f a\u00a0cirkul\u00e1rn\u00ed ekonomika jsou st\u0159edem strategie GREEN, \u010d\u00e1st LEAN pracuje na efektivn\u00ed, p\u0159esn\u00e9 a vysoce flexibiln\u00ed v\u00fdrob\u011b. DIGITAL efektivn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 digitalizaci v oblasti datov\u00e9 v\u011bdy, um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence a virtualizace.<\/p>\n<p>Aby byla spole\u010dnost BMW Group je\u0161t\u011b udr\u017eiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, navrhuje specifick\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub>. C\u00edlem je omezit produkci CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0z v\u00fdroby do roku 2030 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s rokem 2019 o 80 %, a to nejen pomoc\u00ed vod\u00edku, ale tak\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm energie z \u0159ady dal\u0161\u00edch obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie, o nich\u017e se v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b uva\u017euje, jako je geoterm\u00e1ln\u00ed energie \u010di fotovoltaika. R\u016fzn\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed budou nasazena zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd bude pro danou lokalitu nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pl\u00e1ny na p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k vod\u00edkov\u00e9mu potrub\u00ed.<\/strong><br \/>\nPro provoz nov\u00fdch vod\u00edkov\u00fdch ho\u0159\u00e1kov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f bude zapot\u0159eb\u00ed potrub\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zajist\u00ed, \u017ee bude v\u017edy k dispozici dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed ekologick\u00e9ho vod\u00edku. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b hodl\u00e1 tov\u00e1rna v Lipsku vyu\u017e\u00edt v\u0161ech mo\u017enost\u00ed, je\u017e nab\u00edz\u00ed vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed vod\u00edkov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl v regionu.<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se pl\u00e1nuje do poloviny roku 2024 p\u0159ipojit tov\u00e1rnu k prvn\u00ed \u010dist\u011b vod\u00edkov\u00e9 s\u00edti. Potrub\u00ed dlouh\u00e9 asi dva kilometry ji propoj\u00ed s d\u00e1lkov\u00fdm plynovodem ji\u017en\u011b od are\u00e1lu. Pot\u00e9 bude z\u00e1vod spolu se sv\u00fdmi partnery v\u00a0regionu napojen na region\u00e1ln\u00ed vod\u00edkovou s\u00ed\u0165, kter\u00e1 se propoj\u00ed s celost\u00e1tn\u00ed a\u00a0evropskou vod\u00edkovou infrastrukturou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vod\u00edkov\u00e1 energie tak\u00e9 v logistice uvnit\u0159 z\u00e1vodu.<\/strong><br \/>\nVod\u00edk je ji\u017e dlouho z\u00e1kladn\u00edm palivem logistiky uvnit\u0159 z\u00e1vodu. V roce 2013 byla v are\u00e1lu tov\u00e1rny instalov\u00e1na prvn\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed vod\u00edkov\u00e1 \u010derpac\u00ed stanice v N\u011bmecku, kter\u00e1 slou\u017e\u00ed k pln\u011bn\u00ed vysokozdvi\u017en\u00fdch voz\u00edk\u016f a vle\u010dn\u00fdch souprav pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch uvnit\u0159 are\u00e1lu. Dnes, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o deset let pozd\u011bji, m\u00e1 tov\u00e1rna v Lipsku nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vozov\u00fd park v N\u011bmecku s v\u00edce ne\u017e 130 vysokozdvi\u017en\u00fdmi voz\u00edky poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdmi vod\u00edkov\u00fdmi palivov\u00fdmi \u010dl\u00e1nky. V are\u00e1lu je tak\u00e9 p\u011bt vod\u00edkov\u00fdch stanic. Nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z nich, kter\u00e1 je v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b v provozu, nab\u00edz\u00ed pln\u011b automatizovan\u00e9 tankov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>BMW Group rovn\u011b\u017e spolupracuje se sv\u00fdmi partnery na testov\u00e1n\u00ed vod\u00edkov\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed na podporu dekarbonizace dopravn\u00ed logistiky i za branami tov\u00e1ren a\u00a0v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se pod\u00edl\u00ed na v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch projektech H2HAUL a HyCET. Vod\u00edk je slibn\u00fdm palivem pro dopravn\u00ed logistiku, proto\u017ee umo\u017e\u0148uje rychl\u00e9 dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed paliva, vysokou nosnost a flexibiln\u00ed pou\u017eitelnost. Nab\u00edz\u00ed tak\u00e9 velk\u00fd dojezd. Ekologick\u00fd vod\u00edk, vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fd z energie z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, sou\u010dasn\u011b v budoucnu p\u0159iprav\u00ed p\u016fdu pro n\u00edzkouhl\u00edkovou d\u00e1lkovou logistiku.<\/p>\n<p>Projekt\u00a0<strong>H2HAUL<\/strong>\u00a0pracuje v Belgii, N\u011bmecku, Francii a \u0160v\u00fdcarsku na v\u00fdvoji a\u00a0zku\u0161ebn\u00edm provozu 16 n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel s vod\u00edkov\u00fdmi palivov\u00fdmi \u010dl\u00e1nky a\u00a0na instalaci nov\u00fdch velkokapacitn\u00edch vod\u00edkov\u00fdch \u010derpac\u00edch stanic pro spolehliv\u00e9 dod\u00e1vky paliva. Projekt H2HAUL, kter\u00fd byl zah\u00e1jen v roce 2019, bude prob\u00edhat po dobu p\u011bti let, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e N\u011bmecko p\u0159isp\u011bje testov\u00e1n\u00edm dvou n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel na palivov\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky pro p\u0159epravu mezi tov\u00e1rnami v Lipsku a\u00a0Norimberku.<\/p>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci projektu\u00a0<strong>HyCET<\/strong>\u00a0vede BMW Group konsorcium, kter\u00e9 se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u00fdvojem a testov\u00e1n\u00edm n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel se spalovac\u00edmi vod\u00edkov\u00fdmi motory. Projekt HyCET, jeho\u017e financov\u00e1n\u00ed ve v\u00fd\u0161i 11,3 milionu eur schv\u00e1lilo Spolkov\u00e9 ministerstvo pro digitalizaci a dopravu v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed tohoto roku, m\u00e1 za c\u00edl prok\u00e1zat potenci\u00e1l n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel s\u00a0motory pracuj\u00edc\u00edmi na principu spalov\u00e1n\u00ed vod\u00edku v dopravn\u00ed logistice a z\u0159\u00eddit dv\u011b ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 vod\u00edkov\u00e9 \u010derpac\u00ed stanice pro ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tov\u00e1rna Lipsko \u2013 od po\u010d\u00e1tku zam\u011b\u0159ena na udr\u017eitelnost.<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u201eUdr\u017eitelnost m\u00e1 tov\u00e1rna v Lipsku tak\u0159\u00edkaj\u00edc ve sv\u00e9 DNA,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 jej\u00ed \u0159editelka Petra Peterh\u00e4nselov\u00e1. \u201eEfektivn\u00ed a udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 procesy pro n\u00e1s byly velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 ji\u017e p\u0159i pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1vodu a jedn\u00edm z nejviditeln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f jsou \u010dty\u0159i v\u011btrn\u00e9 turb\u00edny, kter\u00e9 z\u00e1vod z\u00e1sobuj\u00ed elekt\u0159inou.\u201c Byly postaveny v roce 2013 a\u00a0dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed 10 MW energie (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 26 GWh\/rok). V roce 2017 n\u00e1sledoval dal\u0161\u00ed miln\u00edk, kdy\u017e bylo otev\u0159eno bateriov\u00e9 ulo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b sest\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed z a\u017e 700 pou\u017eit\u00fdch vysokonap\u011b\u0165ov\u00fdch bateri\u00ed z voz\u016f BMW\u00a0i3. Baterie slou\u017e\u00ed k ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed energie, nap\u0159\u00edklad z v\u011btrn\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren.
