Pro n\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed z\u00e1vod \u0161lo o nem\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159elomovou ud\u00e1lost. Nastartovali jsme \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nou cestu k elektrizuj\u00edc\u00ed budoucnosti a \u010dist\u00e9 mobilit\u011b a aplikovali \u0159adu nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed. Hyundai m\u00e1 v segmentu elektromobil\u016f siln\u00e9 postaven\u00ed, a nepochybuji o tom, \u017ee nov\u00e1 KONA Electric bude d\u00edky sv\u00fdm kvalit\u00e1m \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdm n\u00e1sledovn\u00edkem p\u0159edchoz\u00ed generace,\u201c podotkl prezident HMMC Changki Lee.<\/p>\n<p>KONA Electric nab\u00eddne podle v\u00fdrobce v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011bry, v\u00edce prostoru v interi\u00e9ru a zavazadlov\u00e9m prostoru, ale tak\u00e9 nov\u00e9 technologie a u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 prvky v\u00fdbavy, kter\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k bezpe\u010dn\u00e9, s\u00ed\u0165ov\u011b propojen\u00e9 a komfortn\u00ed j\u00edzd\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>K posunut\u00ed konektivity na vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 napom\u00e1haj\u00ed nov\u00e1 generace informa\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, bezdr\u00e1tov\u00e9 aktualizace mapov\u00fdch podklad\u016f a softwaru \u0159\u00eddic\u00edch jednotek vozu, panoramatick\u00e1 zobrazovac\u00ed plocha tvo\u0159en\u00e1 dv\u011bma 12,3\u201c displeji i syst\u00e9m digit\u00e1ln\u00edho kl\u00ed\u010de. Zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed je funkce V2L (Vehicle-to-Load), d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e dok\u00e1\u017ee nov\u00e1 KONA Electric d\u00edky obousm\u011brn\u00e9 palubn\u00ed nab\u00edje\u010dce nap\u00e1jet nebo nab\u00edjet jak\u00e9koli elektrick\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Prakti\u010dnost zvy\u0161uje um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed elektrick\u00fdch z\u00e1suvek v interi\u00e9ru i exteri\u00e9ru.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 KONA\u00a0 je vybavena bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi a asisten\u010dn\u00edmi syst\u00e9my Hyundai Smart Sense a parkovac\u00edmi asisten\u010dn\u00edmi syst\u00e9my (detailn\u00ed produktov\u00e9 informace o nov\u00e9m modelu KONA Electric jsou k dost\u00e1n\u00ed mj. na webu \u010desk\u00e9ho zastoupen\u00ed zna\u010dky Hyundai).<\/p>\n<p>I nad\u00e1le bude no\u0161ovick\u00fd z\u00e1vod vyr\u00e1b\u011bt dv\u011b r\u016fzn\u011b v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 verze modelu KONA Electric s odli\u0161nou kapacitou akumul\u00e1tor\u016f, ob\u011b varianty v\u0161ak nab\u00eddnou vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon i dojezd ne\u017e doposud. KONA Electric s elektromotorem o v\u00fdkonu 160 kW je vybavena sadou akumul\u00e1tor\u016f o kapacit\u011b 65,4 kWh a dosahuje nejdel\u0161\u00edho dojezdu ve sv\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edd\u011b, kter\u00fd \u010din\u00ed 514 km (dle WLTP).<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed verze nab\u00eddne akumul\u00e1tor s kapacitou 48,4 kWh a elektromotor o v\u00fdkonu 114,6 kW. Bateriov\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky jsou vyr\u00e1b\u011bny v z\u00e1vodu LG Energy Solution v polsk\u00e9 Wroc\u0142awi. Baterie jsou pak do fin\u00e1ln\u00ed podoby kompletov\u00e1ny v no\u0161ovick\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 z\u00f3n\u011b, a to v provozu spole\u010dnosti Mobis v prostor\u00e1ch b\u00fdval\u00e9 haly P\u0159evodovk\u00e1rna \u010d. 2, kde byly do konce roku 2021 vyr\u00e1b\u011bny manu\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159evodovky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spolupr\u00e1ce no\u0161ovick\u00fdch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f na v\u00fdvoji<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed produkce nov\u00e9 generace elektromobilu si vy\u017e\u00e1dalo \u0159adu \u00faprav a novinek. Ve v\u00fdrob\u011b je tak nov\u011b zapot\u0159eb\u00ed nap\u0159. kalibrace p\u0159edn\u00edch radar\u016f a tak\u00e9 head-up displeje na nov\u011b instalovan\u00e9m pln\u011b robotick\u00e9m pracovi\u0161ti. Nutnost\u00ed byla modifikace v\u0161ech robot\u016f, kter\u00fdch je v HMMC v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u011btistovka, a tak\u00e9 manipul\u00e1tor\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Do v\u00fdvoje nov\u00e9ho modelu v\u00fdznamn\u011b promluvili tak\u00e9 odborn\u00edci z no\u0161ovick\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu. Zat\u00edmco d\u0159\u00edve spolupracovali no\u0161ovi\u010dt\u00ed in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i s v\u00fdvojov\u00fdm centrem od momentu, kdy tamn\u00ed v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159i p\u0159ipravili prototyp, nov\u011b se zapojuj\u00ed do v\u00fdvoje ji\u017e v dob\u011b p\u0159\u00edpravy v\u00fdkresov\u00e9 dokumentace. \u201eOvliv\u0148ujeme tak u\u017e v\u00fdkresy, ne a\u017e prototypy. D\u00edky tomu se n\u00e1m otev\u00edr\u00e1 mo\u017enost ovlivnit charakter a parametry auta, ale tak\u00e9 zohlednit specifika na\u0161eho z\u00e1vodu,\u201c \u0159ekl vedouc\u00ed subdivize v\u00fdroby Martin Kl\u00ed\u010dn\u00edk. Toto \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed a t\u011bsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zapojen\u00ed No\u0161ovick\u00fdch do v\u00fdvoje se t\u00fdk\u00e1 nejen nov\u00e9 generace modelu KONA Electric, ale i v\u0161ech dal\u0161\u00edch chystan\u00fdch modelov\u00fdch novinek. Bylo tak zapot\u0159eb\u00ed pos\u00edlit t\u00fdmy zdej\u0161\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePostupn\u011b p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1me zodpov\u011bdnost za kompletn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravu na\u0161ich linek pro v\u00fdrobu nov\u00fdch model\u016f. Pilotn\u00ed auta testujeme na evropsk\u00fdch silnic\u00edch a ve spolupr\u00e1ci s v\u00fdvojov\u00fdm centrem Hyundai v n\u011bmeck\u00e9m R\u00fcsselsheimu p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00edme s n\u00e1pady a podn\u011bty k jejich vylep\u0161en\u00ed z pohledu evropsk\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 vedouc\u00ed subdivize v\u00fdroby.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Z No\u0161ovic nejen do Evropy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Za t\u0159i a \u010dtvrt roku od zah\u00e1jen\u00ed v\u00fdroby bylo v HMMC vyrobeno t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 105 000 voz\u016f prvn\u00ed generace modelu KONA Electric. V celkov\u00e9 produkci no\u0161ovick\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu m\u011bl tento elektromobil p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b desetinov\u00fd pod\u00edl. V\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dty\u0159 p\u011btiny v\u00fdroby byly ur\u010deny pro \u010dty\u0159i evropsk\u00e9 trhy, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pod\u00edl na prudk\u00e9m rozvoji elektromobility na star\u00e9m kontinentu \u2013 konkr\u00e9tn\u011b N\u011bmecko, Francii, Norsko a Nizozemsko. Stejn\u011b jako doposud se KONA Electric bude i v nov\u00e9 generaci vyr\u00e1b\u011bt rovn\u011b\u017e v Ji\u017en\u00ed Koreji, a to prim\u00e1rn\u011b pro tamn\u00ed trh a dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1mo\u0159sk\u00e9 destinace.<\/p>\n<p>No\u0161ovick\u00fd z\u00e1vod o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee pod\u00edl modelu KONA Electric na celkov\u00e9 produkci tov\u00e1rny dos\u00e1hne je\u0161t\u011b letos na 15 %, a to i d\u00edky faktu, \u017ee elektromobil z HMMC bude dod\u00e1v\u00e1n oproti sou\u010dasn\u00e9mu stavu do dal\u0161\u00edch 20 zem\u00ed (v leto\u0161n\u00edm roce \u0161lo o 22 v\u00fdhradn\u011b evropsk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f). Do konce roku 2023 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt vyrobeno 21 000 voz\u016f nov\u00e9 generace modelu KONA Electric, v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm roce pak p\u016fjde o 50 000 aut. KONA Electric bude v HMMC nov\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bna ve verzi s pravostrann\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm pro Velkou Brit\u00e1nii, Irsko \u010di Kypr. Nov\u00fdmi destinacemi, kam bude m\u00ed\u0159it elektromobil z No\u0161ovic, se stane tak\u00e9 nap\u0159. Turecko, Izrael, ale i exotick\u00fd Reunion \u010di Guadalupe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na cest\u011b k \u010dist\u00e9 mobilit\u011b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Evropsk\u00e1 i glob\u00e1ln\u00ed popt\u00e1vka po elektromobilech stoup\u00e1 rychleji, ne\u017e o\u010dek\u00e1valy progn\u00f3zy v\u00fdvoje trhu. Rostouc\u00ed z\u00e1jem o elektrifikovan\u00e1 vozidla je patrn\u00fd i na produkci no\u0161ovick\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu. Pod\u00edl hybrid\u016f, plug-in hybrid\u016f a elektromobil\u016f na v\u00fdrob\u011b \u010din\u00ed letos p\u0159es 40 % a neust\u00e1le tak roste. Je\u0161t\u011b v roce 2019 se p\u0159itom \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 takov\u00e9 vozy v HMMC nevyr\u00e1b\u011bly.<\/p>\n<p>Zna\u010dka Hyundai bude v evropsk\u00e9m regionu od roku 2035 nab\u00edzet pouze vozidla s nulov\u00fdmi emisemi. V souladu s p\u0159echodem k \u010dist\u00e9 mobilit\u011b se v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech bude roz\u0161i\u0159ovat portfolio \u010dist\u011b elektrick\u00fdch model\u016f vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdch v HMMC. No\u0161ovick\u00fd z\u00e1vod m\u00e1 d\u00edky adaptaci na rychl\u00fd rozvoj elektromobility nejlep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edpoklady, aby i do budoucna hr\u00e1l pro celou skupinu Hyundai d\u016fle\u017eitou roli.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 pln\u011bn\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f v oblasti emis\u00ed CO2 a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pod\u00edlu bezemisn\u00edch vozidel na prodeji v Evrop\u011b nen\u00ed d\u00edlem n\u00e1hody, ale v\u00fdsledkem c\u00edlen\u00e9 realizace strategie spole\u010dnosti Hyundai, kter\u00e1 sm\u011b\u0159uje k elektrifikaci a transformaci na poskytovatele chytr\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro mobilitu. Hyundai bude i nad\u00e1le l\u00eddrem elektrifikace automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu. V porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s ostatn\u00edmi v\u00fdrobci nab\u00edz\u00ed Hyundai nej\u0161ir\u0161\u00ed \u0159adu pohon\u016f \u2013 od spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f p\u0159es \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b hybridn\u00ed, hybridn\u00ed a extern\u011b nab\u00edjiteln\u00e9 hybridn\u00ed syst\u00e9my a\u017e po elektromobily nap\u00e1jen\u00e9 z akumul\u00e1tor\u016f nebo dokonce palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f na vod\u00edk.
